Despite the fact that I live 5 hours away from this location, I always try to schedule my visits to this location so that I can have my car seen in this particular dealership. I was acknowledged by the service agent as he verified vehicle information on the car. Upon his return, he advised me that my service today would be at no cost based on the new car data. Further, he advised me that my wheel rotation was not due and upon the wheel rotation due date, that service would be at no cost based on new car data as well. Though I was told my approximate wait time would be over an hour, I was finished in just under an hours time. Great! Overall my experience was awesome. All staff was very friendly and accommodating.
