I was never allowed go get stuff out of my car before they took it took It to the Body shop and they left with my house keys! Had to wait for them to come bring my keys back. The loose carpet was tacked back down and has come loose again and they told me that was all that could be done. So new car with loose carpet? They should have let me get my stuff out of my car before it left the lot! And my house keys. The car was at the body shop for a few days. More
