The entire process took less than an hour, from filling out the paperwork, explaining the features of the car and making sure everything was transferred over to the new car, including pairing my phone. I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received and that they are a pleasure to work with. In addition, I will continue to have the convenience of Woodfield Lexus picking up my car from home or work when I need service and providing me with a loaner car. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

My only concern was car buying experience, vehicle price and negative perceptions of used car salesmen. Eugene was absolutely incredible! He provide the best buying car buying experience I ever had. He explained every aspect of the vehicle (inside and out); we negotiated an incredible price for both for my purchase and my trade-in; and he also personally ensured I received the best service from the Technology, Finance and Service departments.
