Never Again!!! I went there recently to check the clunking noise in my 08 ES350. They charged $160 for inspection, which is standard. But to my surprise, I was given a verbal estimate of $4,500 and was told that the Passenger side inner CV boot is leaking along with severe leak in the timing chain assembly. Obviously before spending that much money on a 10 year old car I should get a second opinion which I took from somewhere else and was told there was no leak in the timing chain set. "Some one just made a fool out of you." So, I paid $160 to be a fool. I must say Wood filed Lexus Service Dept. was really honest before. But now with these new service advisers, they just want to make money... More
