We were not hurried or pressured in any way. After talking to Dan we knew we were in the right place. He made us feel so good we ordered the car. We are kept posted as to when our new car would arrive and be ready for pickup. At delivery Woodfield Lexus has a specialist, Derek who showed us how all the controls worked helped sic our cell phones and invited us back anytime if we had any questions. I like to purchase a used car with low mileage but the 2017 cars lacked several safety features. Mark Demma showed me a 2018 program car with low mileage. I liked the way the NX handled on the test drive, liked the exterior and interior colors. I thought I wanted an interior with two-colors. Mark drove to an area which had many 2018 cars with a variety of colors. That’s when I decided I liked the interior of the program car. I think I’m going to love this car! More
