We were greeted at the front desk by a great receptionist who put us in touch with Dan Rosen in the sales department. He showed us the model we were interested and awnsered any questions we had. We were not hurried or pressured in any way. After talking to Dan we knew we were in the right place. He made us feel so good we ordered the car. We are kept posted as to when our new car would arrive and be ready for pickup. At delivery Woodfield Lexus has a specialist, Derek who showed us how all the controls worked helped sic our cell phones and invited us back anytime if we had any questions. We love our new car and would reccomend Woodfield Lexus to anyone wanting a new Lexus and a great buying experience. Thanks Bob & Diana from Huntley Il. More

I like to purchase a used car with low mileage but the 2017 cars lacked several safety features. Mark Demma showed me a 2018 program car with low mileage. I liked the way the NX handled on the test drive, liked the exterior and interior colors. I thought I wanted an interior with two-colors. Mark drove to an area which had many 2018 cars with a variety of colors. That’s when I decided I liked the interior of the program car. I think I’m going to love this car! More

Good experience , but one thing I would like to point out, after I took car home, I have noticed that tire pressure was different for all wheels. When we had test dri , but one thing I would like to point out, after I took car home, I have noticed that tire pressure was different for all wheels. When we had test drive, tire pressure monitor was showing low rite pressure, I mentioned that to Pat, sales person, and he said we will take care of it. So it was taken care of, but feels like not thorough enough. More
