Gas Cap Issue Last week of December 2016 I came in for diagnosis as the check engine lights and trac lights were on. First we ran the free diagnosis from Autozone w Last week of December 2016 I came in for diagnosis as the check engine lights and trac lights were on. First we ran the free diagnosis from Autozone which came out as problem with gas cap which we did replace but lights were still on . So we thought of going to these guys (Woodfield Lexus) and they said that they don't believe in outside diagnosis and will run their own for close to $150. Turned out the same code so we ended up getting another gas cap from lexus and they some how "switched the lights off" at their end. After one month the dashboard lights are back on again and we ran the free diagnosis and got the same code for gas cap issue. When i called Woodfield Lexus again, the service guy said "It does not matter, you have pay for diagnosis again even if it is the same issue!!!" So basically every month i have to buy a new gas cap from them and they will simple RESET the lights and give the vehicle back to us. Bunch of dishonest people who can take money out of customers pocket in every possible way. Received a reply back from Woodfield Lexus, went back there and the matter was taken care without any additional charges. Kudos to Ed and Matt for their amazing customer service. More

Easy Peasy David made the whole experience easy. I came in for an oil change and was recommended a 30000 mile service which I agreed to. He called me back with David made the whole experience easy. I came in for an oil change and was recommended a 30000 mile service which I agreed to. He called me back with an update on my car and told me how long the service would take. He also followed up to let me know when my vehicle was ready. Also offered a loaner car if I needed which I did not but very nice to know if needed in the future. More
Unprofessional service all around! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR A LEXUS OR ANY VEHICLE. Lexus LS350 Service Mandeep did an excellent job keeping me up to date on the status of my repairs. I brought my car in because the malfunction light came on and off intermittently. The problem ended up being in the electrical which is difficult to diagnose. Since I have had the car back there have been no problems. Mandeep also provided a loaner car so I was not inconvenienced. Mandeep is one of the best service representatives I have come in contact with at any dealership. I would highly recommend Woodfield Lexus. More
