Chris, failed to call back Tues evening after saying he would, he also failed relay information after being told to have his pick up driver bring an air bubble the tire is near flat on a trade they are picking up. ( This alone cost your dealership 2 men to drive to Waterloo and back not getting what they set out for and will be forced to do it again/Addionally it is parked in front of a property another company is working on inconvenient to them I’m sure but, it’s a holiday so....?) I hand tighten it when I do it but I couldn't get it off. I used my pliers to get it off and ended scratching it all up. Please tell them to hand tighten it only.
