Buying a car from Woodhouse started as a dream ended as a n! This dealership said they lost my check after they delivered the 2019 Buick - wanted me to send a wire transfer - wanted pictures of car- told me sale This dealership said they lost my check after they delivered the 2019 Buick - wanted me to send a wire transfer - wanted pictures of car- told me salesperson I was working with was no longer there- manager “suggested” that perhaps I didn’t even write a check for car - which is rather ridiculous- why would they deliver a $38,000. Car & take a $4000. Car on trade in without some sort of payment?? Many phone calls- could not drive car cause Intransit ran out for over a month - no title- couldn’t register it - so sat in garage for two months! Did not want to put miles on a car that was not what I ordered. Very disappointed to say the least. Not to mention all the time & energy trying to talk to these people- wouldn’t return phone calls- & when I finally did talk to management- he was rude & offensive the first time- did get a little better- but didn’t appreciate his comments saying that I could have driven the car & I chose not to- told him I had integrity- & wouldn’t drive a vehicle that wasn’t the right one! I spent hours on the phone- kept telling them this car did not have all the features I was told it would- will not ever buy or order a new car “sight unseen again”. Without a vehicle to drive for over two months! Not a. Happy customer!! The good news is that I got out of this deal finally & will work with a reputable dealership- a nightmare for sure! More
