Had oil change and tire rotation last Saturday at gmc plaza..the next day I changed my air filter and had noticed they didn't top off or fill my wind shield wiper fluid. We approached the service center wearing masks and the representative did not offer to wear one. He continued talking without offering to put on a mask. He said protocols are to ask if we want a mask (when a service professional sees up approach wearing a mask). He said that training would be conducted Before I returned. After the call, I met the same service representative who did not offer to wear a mask. I was wearing a mask carrying a bottle of disinfectant and wipes. I had to ask him to put on a mask. And he had to look around to find one. Super uncomfortable. My call was 100% ignored. No way the dealership is enforcing this policy. This is my first Buick & May end up being my last. I may never return to the dealership (I like to service at the dealership/personal preference). I felt disrespected over a basic matter. More
