Service department is friendly, prompt and wipes surfaces down to prevent spread of COVID-19. They are however in either complete denial of how an eight speed automatic transmission should work, incapable of down to prevent spread of COVID-19. Though I was happy with the service they did do, a basic oil change, I was not pleased with the other $4,000 worth of fixes they claimed my car needed.
