Could have been better We several issues on our son's Pontiac Grand AM which a few were tough to diagnose. Fixing Trim on the driver's door was not perfect and will need a s We several issues on our son's Pontiac Grand AM which a few were tough to diagnose. Fixing Trim on the driver's door was not perfect and will need a second trip to correct. Comparing doors the front of the trim which had come loose was not nearly as flat as the opposite, very surprised since they do repair these car's. So we ran out of time to make correction for the moment since my son's in college and out of town. But he will be back later this month with more time to give the shop for a proper fix of that loose trim piece. We did bring it in on a Friday (after the 4th of July) and only had a day and a half to get things fixed (and a few popped up on his drive back into town which added to the list). So the tech's did the best to get most of the items fixed. More

Poor communication I dropped my car off at 10:30 AM. A servicemember called me around 2:30 PM to notify me of the service needed on my car. I called back 15 minutes la I dropped my car off at 10:30 AM. A servicemember called me around 2:30 PM to notify me of the service needed on my car. I called back 15 minutes later and left a message and no one returned my call for 48 hours, as the following day was a holiday. I was left without a car and was frustrated. I ended up calling back to inquire and the service member was surprised that he never received my message. I decided to not have any service done on my vehicle in to go elsewhere for repairs. More
