Service had same car in twice in one week . For a battery it was a little pricey. and back again for a back hatch adjustment about 500.00 dollars worth .I had same car in twice in one week . I always get a car wash when I get service on it and this time I did not. If it was out of order they should tell you when picking up the vehicle. I'd been taking my Chevy Cruze to this location to fix my recalls. Then I took it in for over heating car in August 2019, this did not correct the problem. Though it worked when I dropped it off. I called & left a message but received no return call. With my extended warranty due, to our purchases of two new cars at the same time. Extending the coverage for my car to 60,000 miles; I was trying to wait as long as possible due to being on disability I needed an auto that was dependable. I brought my car in at less than 45K miles, but I was about 4 days past my warranty. I missunderstood that it was which ever was longest for great customer care. I'm left with an auto that does not cool, the leak was stopped for $100 but; it still does not cool. Sean said he went to bat for me but it would be over $3000. I am devistated to not have a car I can safely drive with AC due to severe allergies nor even to get across town without it shuting down lile it did in August. More
