Also, Xclusive has also been very flexible and responsive to my requests. They worked very late to make sure it gets delivered the day I wanted. There also was a little glitch in my contract when the car was delivered but Steve got it fixed and sent back to me very fast when I was traveling. Hope they keep up with their quality work! More

I approached Xclusive based on recommendation from a friend and worked with Eugene Koros to lease a new BWM 5 series. Prior to Xclusive, I received a few quotes from local dealers which I thought were friend and worked with Eugene Koros to lease a new BWM 5 series. I contacted Eugene and described the model I wanted, options included, color desired and the price I was wiling to pay. For the several weeks, Eugene continuously updated me via email regarding his search effort and what's available. About a month after my initial query, Eugene reached confirming he found the model with the options I requested and stayed within the price limit I initially provided. I was traveling at the time so we exchanged all documentation via email, gave him my credit card for down payment and got an email next day all was done! Let me start off by saying i am like most people i HATE car shopping and car salesman i have never had a good experience until now. I spent a month looking to lease a new Nissian Rogue i was previously dri car shopping and car salesman i have never had a good experience until now. I spent a month looking to lease a new Nissian Rogue i was previously driving a Hyundai Sonota which i despised and desperately wanted into a truck before the new york winter hit. I went to a bunch of the dealerships in Staten Island, Brooklyn and a few in New jersey. I was at the point i was about to settle just to get into a new car. My trade-in rate for the Sonota was a joke and the dealerships that offered me a good price flipped it on to the price of the Rogue, And this is after me giving my price range i was fed up with every dime getting squeezed out of me. My friend recommended using xclusive and seeing a salesman named Carmelo. I was skeptical at first i never heard of a car broker before but the second i walked in they made me feel right at home, the owner i dont remember his name was going to the store and offered to buy me a coffee i know this is a very minor thing but when it comes to sales the little things matter to me. Buying a car is a major purchase and something you live with for a few years. I explained to Carmelo that my friend recommended him and i figured i give it a shot. He asked me what i was looking to get mileage color model year etc. I explained exactly what i wanted he said dont tell me any of the quotes you got untill i tell you mine. I said allright lets hear this ready for another salesman line, he ran my credit and within five mins he came back with a quote of $37 a month cheaper than the best price i received from the 7+ dealers. I ask him whats the catch he said no catch have a check for the basic fees dmv taxes first month all the normal stuff you pay and i will be at your house at 4 tomorrow with your truck. I thought this was a joke no way this could have been this easy sure enough next day he was at my door with brand new truck fresh off the lot with all the paperwork. I was amazed how simple this was i have had a more difficult time buying a tv before. Total time at the store 20 mins includes them pricing my sonota and giving me a quote on the rogue and everything. time at my house signing the paperwork at the dropoff 15 mins total time 35 mins. to sound corn no hassle what so ever=priceless. I cant say enough about Carmelo and the staff at Xclusive i hope they are there for as long as i am driving i will never buy a car from anyone else again. He changed my whole out look on car buying i have even referred a few people who have had the same results. I highly recommend using this very respectful and outsanding carsalesman i have never been at such ease, give this kid a shot you will thank me. More
