After a very pleasant exchange with Richard Stein, where we signed a contract for a 2014 Honda, I arrived to take delivery of the car and had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Mohammed. He was extremely rude, kept changing his numbers, tried to fudge numbers when we caught his errors and finally refused to sell us the car though we agreed to go through with the 'new' deal. I am still reeling from his unprofessional behavior. It certainly makes one wonder if he was trying to scam the customer with his somewhat delirious interaction. At one point we had three individuals (Richard, Jamie & Mohammed) talking at cross purposes with each saying completely different things about the sale. There was no clarity and none of them were on the same page. Yonkers Honda should be ashamed to present such a public face to a potential customer who had jumped through hoops during the week to present all the required documentation in time. Needless to say I would not recommend such unprofessionalism to anyone. More
