Stay away from him! The sales manager, Nelson Munuz was WONDERFUL! He was patient and worked with us. We ended up working with Joseph Nuss and Nelson Munoz and our vehicle purchase was flawless. Once again was told something was done, but it wasn't done. Really makes me wonder if anything was done at all. It's the same story as before. I was told that a tire rotation was done. It wasn't. The person that set up my appointment was extremely unprofessional. Also, service member asked about the reasoning for bringing my vehicle but, failed to accurately listen to what i was saying. The plexiglass doesnt contain your staff in a confined space so please address that. They might not care about themselves but they can surely spread in to others who do and are vulnerable. More
