Long Distance reliable relationship I found the exact vehicle I wanted online; the only problem was I was 475 miles away. The sales lady was nice via email but couldn't "save" the used I found the exact vehicle I wanted online; the only problem was I was 475 miles away. The sales lady was nice via email but couldn't "save" the used vehicle for me because "our inventory is unique ... blah blah blah" (clearly the canned response). However, the Sales Manager followed up with me and asked if there was anything he could do. I told him when I could come, he said, "I'll take it off the lot and put it in clean up today." I arrived as scheduled a couple days later to find the vehicle parked by itself right out front. No surprises, efficient dealings to get financing inside, and was on the road with a complimentary lunch by noon. I would do it again! More

He was very helpful in the purchase of our new Titan and explaining things as we completed the experience. The other staff was also very pleasant to deal with as well. Throughout the busy day, their professionalism never wavered, even offering to provide lunch for us while we waited. We drove more than an hour (from another state) for the better deal and would do it again for the experience we had while working with those at Younger Nissan. More

We pulled into Younger Nissan and worked with Jim Burdis who was very accommodating and friendly. We actually were supposed to pick up the car last Thursday but were unable to make it in due to a snow storm that hit the area. We called Jim and told him we wouldn't be able to make it until Monday due to us working the weekend, and he was very understanding and accommodating in allowing us to do that. Very pleased with our experience with Younger and with Jim. I would highly recommend both him and the dealership. Five Stars out of Five. More

From day one Joe has been sincere, helpful, kind, and listened to my request on my suggestions of price and mileage. In fact, he called me the minute someone traded in a Nissan Sentra to come take a look at it. The price was offered to me before the car went on your web site. I was pleased he has been there thru the whole process and so has Ed, financial officer to guide me thru the process. I will not go anywhere else to have car serviced. Doug Rice is also a wonderful person who has guided thru all of my repairs on my first Nissan Altima I have nothing but high praise for these employees as I am a single elderly woman.
