We found the vehicle which fit those categories in an out of the way parking space and Nathan made every effort to learn about the 2011 XTerra to inform me. The test drive was excellent and from all the other information provided and vehicles shown to me, this one appeared to be a match. Although I was disappointed that my trade-in vehicle was assessed below my expectations, I accepted the terms. The financial team put together a plan fitting my needs quickly and we signed the sales contract. Within the period of my accepting the offered deal, the registration was completed through MVA using my original plates, the vehicle was quickly cleaned and I was able to drive it home. There was some disappointment that the prep mechanic didn't open the hood and see the corrosion on the battery or try to knock off some of the surface rust on the tow hitch and other spots. As a matter of convenience, I replaced the defective rear wiper blade and cleaned up the hitch rust buildup and lubricated the door hinges, which had rust accumulations from outdoor storage. I took the car back to the dealer the following day, questioning whether the rear tires were unsafe due to some apparent dry rot and asked them to clean up the battery posts and a couple other areas which needed some attention. The dealer did order a replacement cup holder for the rear seat. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and we agreed the tires were safe, despite the apparent wear. The front tires were new. We scheduled, and as a convenience to me rescheduled and completed the surface protection the following week. This is the third vehicle I have purchased through Younger Nissan and its predecessor dealers. The staff continues to be friendly, courteous and anxious to help. I appreciate the effort expended to accommodate my purchase. I continue to be pleased with the vehicle. More

I needed to replace my current vehicle and was looking for a used Ford Edge. John Grimes was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and although he couldn't find what I wanted, he continued to work on my needs.. I was on my way to another dealership to look at other cars when John called me and said he found something I might like. I drove back and he showed me a 2013 Nissan XTerra with special pricing and only 7,600 miles. I was sold even though it only vaguely resembles what I was shopping for. He pointed out the plusses and that was it. I drove it and bought another vehicle from Younger (What I wanted to do in first place) Thanks for all of your help and guidance. More
Making up for it. I had an issue the first time I brought my vehicle to this dealership for warranty work. Long story short my issue wasn't resolved and I was charged for them not finding anything. The Servic manager called me back a few days later ( I'm assuming after reading the bad survey feedback I left ) and apologized, promised some things and sounded like he wanted to make it up. I took it back again and the manager went above and beyond to try and diagnose the issue and fix the problem. In my eyes, they are definitely making up for the first experience. More

Short wait. Doug commented that we only ad 2,000 miles on the odometer since the last oil change. He gave me the option of not having it done, but since we were about to go on a trip, I thought it would be better to go ahead. Three cheers for everyone at Younger!! More
Terrible service department! We bought our daughter a new Nissan Versa for her 16th bday. She took the car into the service dept because of a noise. They tried telling her she needed new rotor and brakes already (1.5 years). After being charged just under $50 for them to look at the car, we took it for second opinion. Car only needed brake adjustment. This service department tried taking advantage of our young daughter who was trying to do the right thing and take care of her vehicle herself. We will NEVER purchase another Nissan again!!! Dealership wanted to charge over $500 for something that only was a $47.38 fix!! More
