It wasn't something I was planning, but I went in to see what they would offer. I drove out in a new 2015 Nissan Altima, and I am loving it! I new Younger had great customer service from my original purchase, but Karen made my latest car buying experience even better. She helped all along the way, and went out of her way to ake sure I was completely satisfied. I recommend this Nissan dealer to everyone looking for car. More
A Highly Recommended Sales Representative! My family and I were undecided in purchasing the Toyota Highlander or the Nissan Pathfinder. We decided one night to stop into Younger Nissan and take My family and I were undecided in purchasing the Toyota Highlander or the Nissan Pathfinder. We decided one night to stop into Younger Nissan and take a look at the Pathfinder where we were greeted by Jason Bhargava who had a no pressure sales attitude from the start. He was helpful and even brought in a Pathfinder in the trim that we wanted into the service bay so that my family; me, my wife, 3 year old, and 6 month old at the time, can look at the vehicle in a warm indoor atmosphere. Oh by the way it was a really cold outside that night. Jason’s professionalism and low pressure sales tactics made it extremely hard for us to say no to the Pathfinder. Jason made the whole ordeal in buying a new vehicle easy and a pleasure to deal with. This is really hard to say because I come from a long line of Toyota buyers. My parents were in a little bit of shock when I told them of our purchase of a Nissan. Jason made it really hard to say no in getting the Pathfinder with his friendly caring attitude. Jason’s personality, friendly persona, and vehicle knowledge helped tipped the scales over towards the Pathfinder. I was extremely disappointed at the nearby Toyota dealership and the feeling I got talking to their sales representative who we talked to multiple times. In short, thanks to Jason’s professionalism, low sale pressure, and just being a guy that you feel you can trust in buying a vehicle from, won our business in purchasing a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. I still can not get over the fact that there is a non-Toyota vehicle in my garage. I would highly recommend Jason if you are looking for a great sales representative and I have all ready recommended him to my friends, colleagues, and some family members that are not dead set on Toyota. Thank you Jason for your help us in purchasing a vehicle in which my family can grow into. More

Oil Change I purchased my Rogue from Younger last year and used #3 of 5 of my Free Oil Change with Purchase last week, and this was the best experience so far. I I purchased my Rogue from Younger last year and used #3 of 5 of my Free Oil Change with Purchase last week, and this was the best experience so far. I was greeted by Doug Rice upon pulling my vehicle into the express garage. I told him I was there for an oil change. He offered the upgrade oil change, which I declined. I also asked him to check my tire pressure as the light in my dash was on for it. I gave my keys and sat in the waiting room. Approx 30 min later, Doug informs me that I have another nail in my left rear tire. (I had a plug put in the same tire last oil change for the same reason) I asked him to hold off on ordering a new tire. A few minutes later he came back with my receipt and a business card. On his business card, he wrote ALL the information I would need to purchase a new tire to match my others. One negative thing I have noticed. With the cold weather finally here, I have had 2 mornings now where my Windshield Washer Fluid appears to be frozen and is not operable. Even after warming my car up for 10+ minutes, my fluid still doesn't come out. I personally haven't added any fluid in, so I assume it is refilled during my oil changes. I am unsure why it is freezing. More

I called the recommended towing company who were great. I got to the dealership and they worked on my vehicle quickly taking into consideration that I was waiting and from out of town. They fixed the problem and got me out of there quickly. Great experience and great employees. More

The service personnel strike me as honest and trustworthy. Cost may be a little higher because it is a dealership but the hours are longer so more convenient for pickup and drop off. The only complaint I have is that the courtesy van only operates 9-5 Mon-Fri. More
