I sent an email out on the vehicle I had interest in and Jim Burdis was the only person to respond to my request. I happened to also be having another of my vehicles serviced at this dealership and inquire Jim Burdis was the only person to respond to my request. I knew what I wanted, I knew what the price was going to be, and Jim did all that can be asked of a salesman to meet my needs. I didn't mention I hate buying a car!
