I was early for my appointment, and Paige immediately greeted me; she was accommodating and kind. She made the process easy and smooth when I went in to sell my 2019 Camaro SS. Paige, who was very different from other dealerships that I have been to, made me feel very comfortable with the whole pandemic. Everyone was wearing a mask. They had hand sanitizer and kept the social distancing 6 feet or more. I highly recommend Paige for any services or questions you may have. Thank you to all the staff for being kind and courteous. My husband and I bought a used mini-van from Younger Nissan- it was our first time buying a car that we saw online, so of course we were nervous. Also, we live about an hour away from the dealership Nissan- it was our first time buying a car that we saw online, so of course we were nervous. Also, we live about an hour away from the dealership, so we didn't know if this would work. After we contacted Younger expressing interest, Brenton called us and helped to make it possible. First he made sure that we had all of the necessary paperwork and financial arrangements set up, so that if we liked the car we could keep it the same day. Next, he arranged to drive the car to us (an hour both ways) and waited for a few hours while our mechanic looked it over. He was extremely helpful and available throughout the process, answering our many questions. Only downsides of the experience: There was a little confusion over what was included in the price, but we got that worked out, and there was almost no "wiggle room" for the price. Also, there were some things after the sale that didn't happen right away, in terms of mailing us keys and paperwork. But when we contacted Brenton about it, he looked into it for us. Overall, a positive experience. I don't remember the other people's names that I spoke to briefly, but they all seemed friendly and helpful. It's now a few months later, the title is in our name, and the car is working great. More
