I just needed to find one that fit the criteria I wanted and at the price poin I started my vehicle buying process online. I knew I wanted an Escape. Like most customers I had a trade-in, but needed a specific amount in order to go into another purchase. I had been to 3 other dealerships before coming to Zeck Ford. Each of the 3 wouldn't give me a suitable trade-in value or wouldn't negotiate off the price they had set on the vehicle for sale. So I walked... and went back to the internet to continue searching. Nicole was the internet salesperson who reached out to me when I inquired on a vehicle they had listed on their website. She helped with narrowing down what vehicles they had in stock that I would be interested in and suggested I come in for a test drive. With the help of Nicole I found an Escape that fit the criteria I wanted in my new to me vehicle and with Zeck Ford's no haggle price the escape was priced well below market value with saved me about $2,000 compared to the other dealerships I had visited!! She then recruited Jay and Gene to get a solid trade-in value on my car. With success these guys were able to take my trade-in for the amount I needed and that sealed the deal. I think that the actual car buying process once all said and done may have taken all of 3 hours. Thanks to Nicole, Jay, and Gene I now drive a new to me 2012 Ford Escape, which I LOVE!! I never at any time felt pressured, they respected my decisions, everyone involved was very thorough, but answered questions if they came up. All the staff members of Zeck were in good spirits. Contacted Zeck Ford Dealer and spoke with Dustin Deason. He was wonderful to speak with and together we set up an appointment to test drive the next day. Unfortunately Dustin was not available but he had Kenny Hinz contact us and let us know we would be working with him. We arrived and Kenny was waiting on us. Dustin came over and introduced himself and said Kenny would be working with him on this deal. It was so nice that he had Kenny ready to help us out. Drove the vehicle and loved it. We got the truck within the price range we wanted and got the money we wanted for our old truck. They really have great priced vehicles, but keep in mind that many of them come from auctions or are buybacks, when looking at these competitive prices. Also, do your homework when it comes to aftermarket warranties and insurances, you will likely get them a lot cheaper somewhere else. We ended up canceling the GAP insurance we purchased at Zeck, because our car insurance offers it at a fraction of the cost. Like any other dealership they're trying to make profit. Service was excellent, everything was taken care of in a timely manner, and they really care about customer satisfaction. Detailing of the vehicle we purchased was average. Overall a good and friendly dealership! More
