The impression received was that when I did not authorize the almost $2000 in repairs; service associate no longer had time for me. As a long time repeat customer, I am thoroughly disappointed and will be seeking service elsewhere. More

Easy going folks, with mind on job The people I dealt with were totally prompt and friendly as to initial drive up. Did basics for my new car at 5000 miles. The finance manager is shady - he changed the term of my loan in the middle of the tran I had a great experience up until the financing of my vehicle. The finance manager is shady - he changed the term of my loan in the middle of the transaction after selling me on an extended warranty, without telling me of the change. Beware of hidden extra costs and go through your paperwork with a fine-tooth comb. He will try and go fast so you don't catch the extra charges. Very unethical. Will not be going back here. More

Honda has an exceptional person working for you that will always bring the customer back, because if it wasn’t for James I didn’t want to get into another Honda because I had some bad experiences with the service department, but I know if I go some place else I’ Have to deal with those shark salesmen.
