Racine Honda service department does an excellent job. I brought my 2016 CR-V in for service this week. The service department did an oil change, tire rotation, rear differential fluid replacement, trans I brought my 2016 CR-V in for service this week. My only dissatisfaction was that I requested the automatic locking feature be disabled and they didn't do that. I don't like coming down to the garage to find the car doors locked. Great service! When I bought my car, almost a year ago, I lived about an hour away and therefore never took advantage of the one free oil change. I dropped the car off, they drove me to work, then an hour later they picked me up and brought me back. It was so convenient! More

Very good I’ve been to this dealership multiple times for service. The only reason I keep returning is because of Rodney Porter. He is the only service rep that I’ve been to this dealership multiple times for service. The only reason I keep returning is because of Rodney Porter. He is the only service rep that is thoughtful, listens to my questions, and goes out of his way to help. If Rodney wasn’t there, then I’d find another place for service.
