Had my car detailed I was disappointed with the seat spots not coming totally clean, but had been told they couldn’t promise that they would. Waiting room I think you should have some newspapers in waiting room. Also, a quiet area away from the noisy tv. Maybe a hot chocolate machine? Popcorn nice idea.
