Wonderful experience I contacted Zimmerman Honda 3 days ago about a car I was interested in... one of the salesmen contacted me back immediately his name was Marty! I told I contacted Zimmerman Honda 3 days ago about a car I was interested in... one of the salesmen contacted me back immediately his name was Marty! I told him what I wanted and he then directed me to the next step. Fast forward to today, I show up to the dealership and Marty greets me ever so kindly and warm with keys in hand we immediately go for a test drive ( I knew it was the car for me). After returning to the dealership Marty and his manager have to evaluate my trade in and it was lower than what we originally agreed upon the phone I was so bummed 🙁 anyways Long story short Marty talked and convinced his manger to go ahead and give me the deal originally agreed upon ( cuz he couldn’t let me drive back 1.5hrs alone in my car that was acting up). I know some of you are thinking sure he had to do that it’s his job but no he was genuinely concerned about me and just safety and I could just tell he was a genuinely great person whether on the job or off. Over all, Marty and his team helped me and were very very kind and caring and I’d tell anyone to go to Zimmerman Honda for a great vehicle 😊 More
