2005 Honda CR-V Purchase with Zimmerman Honda Let me begin with commending Jim Ruge, whom I spent the most time with that day, for coming in on his day off simply to fulfill my request of seeing t Let me begin with commending Jim Ruge, whom I spent the most time with that day, for coming in on his day off simply to fulfill my request of seeing the vehicle - no decision had been made to purchase it at this point, as I happened to be in town for that day only. He was incredibly helpful in giving me information on the vehicle regarding past ownership and the care that was given to it, as well as the features and upgrades that were made to Honda's 2005 model of the CR-V. Once I had decided that I liked the vehicle and was interested in purchasing it, he set me up with Tyson Warden who was able to find a loan with a monthly payment and interest rate suitable for my budget. At the time, I was driving a rental vehicle, so that had to be returned before I left town. Doug Pearsall was willing to drive over to the rental depot with me to return the rental car and then transport me back to the dealership so that I could get on the road. Overall it was a great experience and I'm grateful to have had such service that I was able to purchase the vehicle on short notice, especially given the time constraints that I had that day and throughout the coming week. More

We were greeted with a smile and welcom On a pleasant Saturday morning, my husband and I drove to Zimmerman Honda to shop for a different car for me. We were greeted with a smile and welcome by Randy Hill. He asked what we were interested in seeing. My husband deferred to me, as the car will be primarily driven by me. Randy listened to what I was interested in seeing. He showed us a used late model Accord EX-L and then went over to the 2014 models for us to look at. He answered our questions and did not use high-pressure sales tactics which I really appreciated. Since I was not pressured to buy on the spot, I felt relaxed and able to think about what I saw and heard. We went for a test drive in the 2013 Accord EX-L, and it was a lovely ride. I chose that car. Randy gave us time to check in with a friend who was interested in the car I was currently driving. We had the weekend to make that connection. When I returned on Tuesday, it was a very positive experience working with Randy and Josh and meeting Craig in the service dept. I felt good about my purchase, and now that I have had the car for a week, I am very happy with the decision I made. Thank you to your friendly and caring staff to assist me with a major purchase! I had driven my 2003 Accord for 11 years, so it was helpful to me to work with someone who was a good listener, caring, knowledgeable and respectful of a retired woman making a decision about a car purchase. bad tire wear I bought my 2009 Honda CRV in Sept 2012. I had terrible tire noise and finally after a lot of complaining, the dealer did put a different set of ti I bought my 2009 Honda CRV in Sept 2012. I had terrible tire noise and finally after a lot of complaining, the dealer did put a different set of tires on the car. They put the Bridgestone tire that was the same as original factory equipment. This helped the tire noise for a short time. I returned to the service department and were told it was the nature of the tire. The tire wear continually got worse and the tire noise was deafening. I had a year warranty and just before the year was over in August of 2013, we returend tot he service department complaining again about the tire noise & wear. I was blamed for the problem because I had not rotated the tires. I know all about rotating tires and at this point had not rotated on purpose so that I did not ruin all four tires. At least it was only the back tires that were bad. Just this week, I finally decied to put on new tires and took my car to the Firestone/Bridgestone tire dealer. I told him of the issues and told him to be sure the alignment was correct so that the new set of tires would wear properly. There was a defective part on my CRV, the tire dealer had to replace the rear adjust arm. The front tires had worn just like they were designed to. The back tires had terrible uneven wear. If the service manager at Zimmerman Honda would have taken the time to actually look at my Honda CRV, instead of just saying the tires were suppose to be noisy and then saying it was because of my lack of tire rotation, I would still be driving with the same tires and would not have had to spend $916 out of my pocket. The part replaced by the tire dealer, should have been replaced by Zimmerman Honda and under the warranty I had. Short version, do NOT trust the Zimmerman Honda service department and do not wait too long like I did. More

Saw on autotrader.com there was a 2012 Buick Regal, priced well at Zimmerman. Got there at 4:30. Test drove, negotiated a bit, talked terms and finance, drove off the lot in my new 2012 Buick Regal at 6:30! No pressure was put upon, they were able to find me excellent financing and I couldn't be happier! More
