It was a lot more pleasant than I expected it to be, mostly because Ron and Noel explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. I'd gone to other dealerships but Zimmerman Honda is the best I dealt with. In fact, everyone I encountered was very nice at Zimmerman's. Thanks to Ron and Noel I left happy with no buyer's remorse whatsoever. It was the best car dealership experience I've ever had and I won't hesitate to use Zimmerman's again. Great Speedy Service After waiting a month for another dealership in the Quad Cities to find the color and model of vehicle we were looking for, we called Zimmerman Honda After waiting a month for another dealership in the Quad Cities to find the color and model of vehicle we were looking for, we called Zimmerman Honda and they found us exactly what we wanted within minutes. The other dealership kept dragging us along with promises that it was "coming" when we came to find out we really don't think they had one coming. Zimmerman Honda was awesome and really on the ball. They were much busier appearing than the other dealership and that was reassuring, as there is nothing more questionable than a quiet, dead showroom. We would definitely go back again! More

Ben was very professional and very pa My first contact with Ben was in April of this year when I and my grandson were looking for a vehicle for him. Ben was very professional and very patient throughout the entire process, which culminated in our purchase of Michael’s dream vehicle, a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour in August, 2015. The day we purchased the vehicle, Michael and I test drove between 5 and 7 vehicles until we test drove the Crosstour. Ben did a thorough job of explaining the ins and outs of each and every vehicle that we test drove and explaining the things that we should consider with Michael being a young, inexperienced driver. Before we test drove the Crosstour, Ben pointed out existing damage to the rear bumper, rather than leaving it to Michael and I to discover the damage. Ben delivered the Crosstour to Michael that Saturday, even though we took up about 4 hours of his time. In addition, he has carried through on his promises after the sale in regards to license plates screws and touch up paint. I would recommend Ben to anyone looking to buy a quality used car, especially a Honda. Ben possesses a world of knowledge about Hondas. More
