My experience at Zimmerman's was awesome. I was in the market to purchase a new car and I had my heart set on a new Honda. I had gone to a different Honda dealership before stopping at Zimmerman's an the market to purchase a new car and I had my heart set on a new Honda. I had gone to a different Honda dealership before stopping at Zimmerman's and was not thrilled how my dad and I were treated. But as soon as we came to Zimmerman's I could tell that our experience here was going to be much better. Randy was great to work with, he was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was very indecisive between the accord and the civic and Randy was very patient with me and ultimately helped me make my decision. After I bought my new civic, Randy took the time to show me how to use all of the features and how to customize it for my needs. I also worked with Brain and Cherl at Zimmerman's. Brain helped to make sure that I received a new rebate that Honda was offering. Cherl was also very helpful in helping to explain the my new loan and additional add ins. I was very pleased with my experience at Zimmerman's, I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a Honda to go check out Zimmermans. They were all great people to work with who knew how to treat their customers. More

This is the third vehicle we have leased from Zimmerman Honda and we have been very satisfied with our overall experience over the last six years. Our first contact with Zimmerman's was with our sales person, Ruth Sanders. She has always greeted us with a smile. She is completely knowledgable with the entire line of Honda products and has tried to make our previous and latest vehicle selection and lease process as stress free as possible. Ms. Sanders has always indicated that she is available if we have questions or concerns in the future. Ms. Sanders was a primary reason we chose to stay with Zimmerman Honda. We were also particularly pleased with the breakdown of the lease provided by the Business Manager. This made making and feeling good with the final decision to lease again with Zimmerman Honda easier. We also want to say that this was the best experience we have ever had dealing with a lease finance person. The young woman we sat down with really made this part of the lease process easy. She explained all options clearly and provided comparisons to make the final monthly payment fit our needs. We do not want to forget the service department. Over the past six years (two leases) they have provided quality, professional care. If they find something during routine maintenance, they explain the issue and provide options where possible. More
