Kim Tran is the BEST Representative I have ever worked with in buying a vehicle in my 53-years of life, She Absolutely ROCKS!!! Very Professional yet Personable, as well as available to communicate in various methods that best suited me at the time throughout the process (from phone calls, to texts and emails)! We would also like to give a Huge Shout out to the Finance Advisor Elias Sahwani---Wow!!! He worked very hard on aligning our deal to incorporate all we desired in an extremely competitive deal and package! Honestly, we could not have found a better value and package deal through any other dealership---from the vehicle price to the awesome add-ons---we were very happy and impressed! Honestly, I/we would strongly and highly recommend everyone check first with ECarOne before buying a vehicle anywhere else, as I would dare you to compare the pricing, experience and service that sets the bar in vehicle purchasing process. Now for the extra required fees for paint and leather protection and vehicle tracking, I really feel like those fees should be an option and not required to do business with eCarOne. You’re a great dealership with fantastic cars so please address this one small item. I overheard two other customers talking about these same fees during my visit. I only saw BMW's, Land Rovers, Audis, Mercedes Benz, etc. Everything looked good and of excellent quality. The bad thing about this agency is: 1) They do not accept credit from other banks. The financing is done with their own agencies, banks or lenders. 2) This is perhaps what bothers me the most, and it is the addition of a "service package". We went to get the car but they won't let you buy it if you don't also buy a service package for 1990 dollars. This is not optional. That is, no matter what, you have to buy it. I feel like this is "legal theft." Can you imagine going to Home Depot to buy a lawnmower and being told that they will only sell it to you if you also buy a series of things you don't want? Or go to McDonalds and order a Big Mac but they wont give it to you unless you buy it with fries and soda? More
