Best auto service experience I’ve ever had — and I’ve been in the car business for years. Carie was phenomenal, second only to Beemer the cat. She kept me posted throughout my stay, explained everything clearly, and gave precise instructions for the follow-up appointment. I loved being able to book online — super convenient — and the text alerts and reminders were a great touch. The shop is state-of-the-art, spotless, and the waiting area is top-notch with great amenities. It was also impressive seeing two salespeople close deals with service customers — clearly trained and intentional. It’s rare to see that level of coordination between service and sales. Overall, a well-run, professional operation from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Erick to purchase a new BMW. He is very professional and patient. I changed the build of the vehicle several times. He never showed signs of irritation. He just made sure my wants were met. He maintained contact with me throughout the process until delivery of the car. The deal was smooth, the car is beautiful, and I highly recommend Erick.
