I am very pleased with BMW of Montgomery. - frncnndrsn
I am very pleased with BMW of Montgomery. Daniel Thornton is such a wonderful person with a wealth of knowledge regarding BMW. I recently purchased my third vehicle and I couldn’t be more satisfied. A big shout out to the entire staff .
I’ll start off positive and say my service advisor and - donikas
I’ll start off positive and say my service advisor and salesperson were nice with great customer service.
As far as management, horrible and they don’t care about anything but money and not doing credible business. I feel like I got taken by believing I purchased a certified vehicle but instead I purchased a functioning lemon. It was a problem from the beginning. Instead of trying to keep a customer they just wanted more money! Im currently paying a car note on vehicle that I can’t drive or trade in without spending more money. I will never trust this establishment ever again and will never recommend purchasing a car from there. Im seriously considering legal counsel! Beyond pissed!
As of month ago, non responsive and still no car! The worst customer service and dealership I’ve ever experienced. Never buy from this dealership especially pre owned!
Purchased a certified preowned car May 13, 2022. - jasminewa837
Purchased a certified preowned car May 13, 2022. I was told that the car was fine and passed all inspections and provided documents to accompany their supposed accusations. June 15, a little after having the car a month I experienced a drive train malfunctioned that disabled all power to the vehicle while in traffic. The car was taken back to the dealership where they diagnosed it with simply needing an update. The car was picked up June 17th. June 21 the car experienced the same drive train issues again but this time the car never was able to restore power again and had to be towed to the dealership. I was shuttled to my residence because according to them because they had no loaners available but they would get back to me by the end of the day with something. On June 22nd Mike the service rep reached out and told me that the car needed a new fuel tank, fuel pump, and Transfer pump. After days of waiting I received a call from Darrell on the 23rd stating that I would not be provided a loaner because of a falsified report from a shuttle driver and that they reserve the right not to provide a loaner. The dealership has left me with no vehicle or assistance with acquiring a vehicle for a car that was purchased from them a month and 10 days ago. On top of the fact that false reports were given to me saying that the car only needed an update to only report to me 6 days later that it needed major repairs. I would not recommend purchasing or taking your vehicle to them for repairs because of false reports being generated.
I had both My BMW X5 and my BMW 528i repaired at this... - Bruce D.
I had both My BMW X5 and my BMW 528i repaired at this Service Department. One was in conjunction with a factory recall. Within a week, and with less than 100 miles driven after the initial repair, both were back in the shop for another repair. Getting BMW of Birmingham Service Department on the phone was near impossible and took several call to get a human on the other end of the call. The moral of this story is this: As long as I own any BMW, it will never again darken the door of the BMW of Birmingham Service Department for ANY REASON!!!!!!
