Lauren was so wonderful! She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the financial questions we had and very quick in establishing our loan. What impressed me the most, was when I emailed her my concern about not having a temp tag for our vehicle...she responded back with, “No problem, I’ll overnight one to you.” Literally the next day there was a FedEx parcel at my door step with the tags!!! She and Chris originally provided outstanding customer service and then Lauren went above and beyond!!! We had such an easy, seamless visit. We will definitely come back!

I am normally not one to write a review, especially when it comes to a Car Dealership, but with the amazing experience I had at Bill Jackson in Troy Alabama......I felt obligated to share with others in the market or that will be soon. I bought my first General Motors vehicle 25 years ago in Pensacola Florida. I have purchased well over 20 since & I have NEVER had such a pleasurable experience as when buying a New 2018 Silverado & a New 2018 Tahoe from Bill Jackson Chev-Cad-Buick-Gmc a few days ago. Unlike other Dealerships in the are, they didnt go back and forth....they were very transparent.....and super friendly the entire time. I was given several different options, including a full explanation on how leasing works & when leaving....I truly felt like part of the "Family". Not only do they have the absolute best prices in the area, but what other Dealership allows you to test drive a Chevrolet Tahoe, Gmc Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, and Buick Enclave without the hassle of dealing with multiple Sales Reps & having to drive all over the place to multiple locations. If you don't know the answer to this question, that's because they are one of only 2 Dealerships in the entire State of Alabama to which have all 4 General Motors Brands under 1 roof. Anyway, I believe their slogan is, "A short drive, for Savings like nowhere else" & I for one can tell you that this is NOT A GIMMICK! If you are in the market or when you become in the market, do yourself & your wallet a favor and give these Guys & Gals a chance!!!

We recently purchased a previously owned vehicle from Jimmy Smith Buick and found it to be the most wonderful experience for us! The process was super convenient, no hard sales tactics and felt everyone was very respectful of our time as the entire process only took about an hour. In fact, we spent more time test driving then signing papers! Francis, our sales person was fantastic to work with as well as our finance person, Carmon. Both gentlemen were very accomodating and bent over backwards for us. We will be in the market for another car this year and will definitely be back!

THE FINANCE GUYS AT CARL CANNON CHEVROLET WITHHELD VALUABLE INFORMATION FROM ME WHICH WAS MY CREDIT SCORE OF 784.THEY PRESENTED ME WITH A 627 AND 650 ON A LITTLE PIECE OF PAPER AND NEVER EXPLAINED THOSE TWO SCORES OR WHO THEY WERE FROM.THEY HAD ME BELIEVING ALL THAT I HAD WAS THOSE TWO LOW SCORES TO NEGOTIATE WITH.DID NOT FIND OUT ABOUT MY 784 CREDIT SCORE UNTILL I WAS ABOUT TO SIGN MY PAPERWORK.THEY PUT ME IN A BAD AND PRESSURE SITUATION .I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS IN THE BEGINNING SO THAT I COULD NEGOTIATE THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE AS A CONSUMER LOOKING TO BUY.THEY TOOK IT ALL AWAY FROM ME AND NOW AFTER A MONTH THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP ME WITH A BETTER INTEREST RATE.IF YOU GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP BE CAREFUL AND ASK QUESTIONS.I ASKED ABOUT MY CREDIT SCORES,THEY GAVE ME 2 OF THEM AND DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT MY 3RD AND BEST UNTILL THE END WHICH WAS SIGNING PAPERS.

So far we are very pleased with our 2016 Buick Encore and service. Battery was replace after about a year and a half. Today, Nov. 14, 2019, battery went dead 120 miles from home and the battery had been checked the week before with NO problems during regular oil change. I got a jump start, called Buick/Cad and asked for appointment to have battery checked. We have a full schedule. I understood. You'll have to drop it off. Will do. However, this will be the second battery replacement in just 3 years. I'm hoping the problem will be discovered and solved. So for now, still 5 stars. You can't keeping going if your battery dies every 18-24 months. Tony said they would work it in.

Purchased a 2014 Lexus LX 570 from this dealer over the phone. SUPPOSEDLY a reputable dealer, Represented no accident or paintwork, "traded in from a friend of mine" . Took delivery in Tennessee and dropped off at the Lexus dealer for a couple of minor repairs. Received call from SERVICE MANAGER stating this car has BEEN WRECKED AND PAINTED ON the front and back of the drivers side of the truck. I called asking them to refund based on MISREPRESENTATION and the response was "SUE ME"!! from JAY JACKSON, son of the owner. I sent estimate to correct the cover-up job they did , $2300.00. I wanted a no paintwork car. THEY LIED, NO INTEGRITY! MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE!!!!

I went to the dealership for tires and my door handle was broken and the service manager as well as the gm refused to fix or replace it.they wanted me to buy another after they guys broke it.the worst experience of my life with a car dealership I would never recommend this dealer nor spend a dime there.

Purchased 2014 Buick lacrosse that I veiwed on line. Traded my 2013 Avalon and was able to negotiate all the details thru email and saved a lot of time prior to arriving at the dealership. New car was all as discussed and trade in value was at a fair market value wholesale. Great experience of an on line purchase. Dealer was located 100 miles from home and worth the trip. Alice Ricks was the sales professional and provided all the details I needed to feel comfortable to make the purchase with GlennSmith Buick.

They sold me a extended warranty that didn't cover nothing and on top of that when I went to cancel the extended warranty they charge me 1700 after I took the truck to get it fix of the exhaust fluid header and didn't cover that so I had to pay 800 out of my pocket, when the guy sold me the warranty he said that I cut cancelled it at any time no charge and that was all lies if you don't believe it go and check it out with your own eyes.
I would never do any business with them again.

I bought a car that took 4 days to do because of errors in paperwork. Before I signed on the lines to finalize sale I asked if dents could be removed. I was told yes, here it is 6 weeks later and I can't hardly get anyone on the phone to fix this problem. I tried to call my salesman for a week an was told he was out. I called back the next week and was told he quit and they I would be called as soon as repairman was back in town. I have not heard from him yet. i am very unhappy about the purchase and wish that I had stuck to who I knew elsewhere. I feel like everyone was friendly and helpful when I was trying to purchase vehicle now they've forgotton about me! :(

I've purchased several cars from Jim Burke a few used and one new but I have to say that my most recent experience at Jim Burke was by far the best I've ever had. I'm 2,000% sure I'll be back to buy another vehicle from them. They helped me pick the correct vehicle for my credit situation and negotiate with the bank to get the down payment to a comfortable area for my pockets. I came to the dealership with a used Altima in mind and ended up leaving with a "Like-NEW" Lexus with an awesome payment of $392.00 with just $2,000.00 down. They worked hard on my deal and I am a VERY satisfied customer. The whole team was very helpful, from my sales agent to the sales manager to the finance adviser to the service technicians. I'm so proud to say my vehicle came from Jim Burke!
