I am normally not one to write a review, especially when it comes to a Car Dealership, but with the amazing experience I had at Bill Jackson in Troy Alabama......I felt obligated to share with others in the market or that will be soon. I bought my first General Motors vehicle 25 years ago in Pensacola Florida. I have purchased well over 20 since & I have NEVER had such a pleasurable experience as when buying a New 2018 Silverado & a New 2018 Tahoe from Bill Jackson Chev-Cad-Buick-Gmc a few days ago. Unlike other Dealerships in the are, they didnt go back and forth....they were very transparent.....and super friendly the entire time. I was given several different options, including a full explanation on how leasing works & when leaving....I truly felt like part of the "Family". Not only do they have the absolute best prices in the area, but what other Dealership allows you to test drive a Chevrolet Tahoe, Gmc Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, and Buick Enclave without the hassle of dealing with multiple Sales Reps & having to drive all over the place to multiple locations. If you don't know the answer to this question, that's because they are one of only 2 Dealerships in the entire State of Alabama to which have all 4 General Motors Brands under 1 roof. Anyway, I believe their slogan is, "A short drive, for Savings like nowhere else" & I for one can tell you that this is NOT A GIMMICK! If you are in the market or when you become in the market, do yourself & your wallet a favor and give these Guys & Gals a chance!!!

My car's air conditioner had quit working and I brought it in for service. It was discovered that the fan motor had broken. In spite of my car being slightly over the 36,000 mile warrantee, they helped me get it repaired through GMC at only $200 my cost. I am very grateful for them for the assistance. I am a LONG time Bentley GMC customer and will continue tobe!

I bought a pre-owned Mazda CX-5 from this dealership and I have been looking for this particular car for a while, but had no luck finding one within my budget. Finally, on Thursday I found the perfect one at this dealership. I contacted them about it the next day (Friday). I immediately got an email and phone call from Francis. I live in Tuscaloosa and was concerned about the distance from home to the dealership, so I informed Francis it would be about a week until my fiancé and I could come see the car. Francis offered to drive it all the way down to Tuscaloosa just to allow us to test drive it that night! Francis understood that we had a specific budget, and when it came to negotiating a price, he gave us exactly what we needed! On Monday my mom and I drove up to the dealership, everything was already prepared for us, I signed a few papers, and went home! We probably weren't there for more than 45 minutes. Long story short, Francis made the car-buying process such a SEAMLESS, enjoyable, efficient process from going out of his way to bringing us the car, to having paperwork ready for when I arrived. Not only was Francis super nice and easy to work with, but the entire staff at Jimmy Smith Buick GMC was welcoming, down to earth, and hardworking. This dealership receives FIVE stars from me. I highly recommend this dealership, whether it's for brand new cars or pre-owned cars. Also, if Francis' boss is reading this, give him a raise!

We live in Louisiana and just had an incredible truck buying experience at McConnell Buick GMC in Mobile, AL. Skeptical about buying out-of-market, but James Brown did a fabulous job! We negotiated the price of the vehicle as well as the trade-in over the phone which lead to a quick, easy process, w/out any hassle! The dealership stood by their quote and didn't play games, which we greatly appreciate. Would definitely recommend James Brown in new car Sales @ the McConnell dealership in Mobile, AL. We were recently traveling to Florida and had stayed the night in Decatur Georgia . Saturday morning we started to get on the road and we could not get our GPS system to work. We pulled into Bramlett GMC and two gentlemen n the showroom came out and got our system working. we just wanted to let GM know how helpful Curt Nix and another salesman were considering the service center was closed. Just purchased our second Buick from Thomas Jackson and Classic. We had been working with Thomas at Classic and another Dealer in Atlanta. We had gone back and forth with both to get the best deal, We were literally on the road to Atlanta to purchase the same vehicle when Thomas called and said "I got the deal you want". He told us the GM Andrew had signed off on it and it was ours.
Saddiq kept it real, wrapped it up and had us out the door... with a freshly detailed vehicle and a full tank of gas. Thomas listens to his customers and he always goes the extra mile. That is why we always call him first when its time to buy a vehicle.

I went to the dealership for tires and my door handle was broken and the service manager as well as the gm refused to fix or replace it.they wanted me to buy another after they guys broke it.the worst experience of my life with a car dealership I would never recommend this dealer nor spend a dime there.

BAIT AND SWITCH!! They advertise false prices and we drove 4 hours to find out the fees were $5000 extra bc we werent military or financing at high interest rates!! They should be shut down! They are what gave car salesmens a bad rap!!!!!!!

They sold me a extended warranty that didn't cover nothing and on top of that when I went to cancel the extended warranty they charge me 1700 after I took the truck to get it fix of the exhaust fluid header and didn't cover that so I had to pay 800 out of my pocket, when the guy sold me the warranty he said that I cut cancelled it at any time no charge and that was all lies if you don't believe it go and check it out with your own eyes.

We have called and written in to cancel this unwanted correspondence ... and were ignored in favor of a 'hard sell' sales pitch. Nope. This, -this- is what people talk about when they say 'used car salesman,' it's not a compliment guys.

Purchased 2014 Buick lacrosse that I veiwed on line. Traded my 2013 Avalon and was able to negotiate all the details thru email and saved a lot of time prior to arriving at the dealership. I bought a car that took 4 days to do because of errors in paperwork. Before I signed on the lines to finalize sale I asked if dents could be removed. I was told yes, here it is 6 weeks later and I can't hardly get anyone on the phone to fix this problem. I tried to call my salesman for a week an was told he was out. I called back the next week and was told he quit and they I would be called as soon as repairman was back in town. I have not heard from him yet. i am very unhappy about the purchase and wish that I had stuck to who I knew elsewhere. I feel like everyone was friendly and helpful when I was trying to purchase vehicle now they've forgotton about me! :(

I've purchased several cars from Jim Burke a few used and one new but I have to say that my most recent experience at Jim Burke was by far the best I've ever had. I'm 2,000% sure I'll be back to buy another vehicle from them. They helped me pick the correct vehicle for my credit situation and negotiate with the bank to get the down payment to a comfortable area for my pockets. I came to the dealership with a used Altima in mind and ended up leaving with a "Like-NEW" Lexus with an awesome payment of $392.00 with just $2,000.00 down. They worked hard on my deal and I am a VERY satisfied customer. The whole team was very helpful, from my sales agent to the sales manager to the finance adviser to the service technicians. I'm so proud to say my vehicle came from Jim Burke!
