Bryan Tross, the finance manager played a huge role in making the entire process smooth, fast, and transparent. He was incredibly friendly and even introduced me to the service department manager. My appt was scheduled for 7:30 am. After arriving, was told service techs don’t arrive until 8-8:30 am. I am 9 months pregnant and had to sit an additional hour waiting for them to start service in my vehicle. Appts should not be scheduled when techs are not at work yet.
