We were driving from out of town to purchase a new X5 and David was a HUGE help in getting some of the paperwork done beforehand and minimizing the time it took at the dealership. Everyone we worked with was really great!
The one disappointing factor, which has obviously been around since the dawn of dealerships, is that my wife and I were really interested in getting the windows tinted and hood clear-protected, but the prices were outrageous. I'm well versed in saying no to the dealership add-ons, but after purchasing such an expensive vehicle, it seemed even more absurd to see quotes for over twice as much as reputable companies; and the fact that it went down $300, then $600, then $800 just goes to show how pointless that part of the sale really is. We had a tight timeline to get this work done on the vehicle, so even a decent deal would have been taken.

Saul Estrada was great to work with - he understood what we needed, made sure we were comfortable with the BMW we were looking to buy, offered a great price, stayed in contact after initial deposit, etc. He also helped to promptly refund my deposit once we found out the BMW we wanted was delayed - 5/5 rating for customer service.
In summary it’s worth giving this dealership a try (ask for Saul) for the pricing, would just recommend focusing on cars which are already in stock on the lot versus something in transit or be prepared for unforeseen delays - 4/5 rating for overall experience since I wish the timelines were better communicated before we agreed to a deal.
