Mitch and Aden in parts went far above what’s expected when I was changing the LED door projection lights on my M3. Both helped with determining which size I needed and did the install. None of this was expected but highly appreciated. Would highly recommend either for their knowledge and help.

Bought a gently used luxury SUV from Chapman BMW over the phone from 1200 miles away. Could not be more pleased. Salesman Steve Murphy said the car was “pretty clean” - - it was actually close to perfect. Price was fair and it was delivered quickly and spotless. We had one issue - - the second key was wrong - - and Steve immediately promised to find the right key or make good on the $1,000 replacement key cost. I have bought new BMWs, MBs, Porsches, and Ferraris and used MBs and BMWs from OEM dealers. Chapman was as good as any I have dealt with.
