I would like to thank Lexus of Roseville from whom I purchased a car recently, and Mr. Edward McNanna, their Service Advisor for helping fix an issue with my car. Issue: After driving it off from the lot, noticed an issue when making a right turn. Reported to the Service team at Lexus of Roseville. Resolution process .They gave an appointment with a service advisor Mr. Edward McNanna at 8 AM the next day. Mr. McNanna reviewed the issue, checked with his management and wrote a service ticket with zero cost. Mr. McNanna followed up and also reachable when I called. They fixed the issue with the vehicle and explained the issue, how they duplicated the issue and fixed it. Edward is very empathetic, customer friendly, and provided excellent customer service. For that, I thank Edward (Mr. McNanna) and the service team at Lexus of Roseville. Additional plus: When my car was being repaired, they gave me a loaner car free of cost so I didn’t have to miss work. Final word: I am very impressed with their processes, commitment to customers and now know why people like Lexus cars, not just for the car but also for their service. Lexus of Roseville is an excellent example for customer loyalty.

Jonathan my car service manager was extremely helpful and pleasant person, he mad a very bad day situation that I was in, (my car tires blown up in freeway and I was in lots of stress), to the place where It was free of stress. Im very thankful for his consideration, understanding, and his level of professionalism. He is one of the collective asset to the dealership. I congratulate to the dealership for wonderful collection of wonderful people.

Outstanding dealership. Service Dept is quick at check in and thorough about what is included and they always greet you with a smile. They ask if I would like the tires rotated and I say yes. I like rotating my tires with every service which I also have done with my truck; 6 months or 6,000 miles. Their wait area is comfortable with a TV and refreshments. All the employees acknowledge you and ask if I need any assistance with a smile. I hadn't had lunch so asked the service rep about places to eat and he gave me some recommended places ands said they have Uber service for delivery and pickup at no cost. This was outstanding and the Uber drivers were quick to respond.

They gave me an option to get my car serviced now and pay later. I gave a small payment of $58 and still got my car back running like brand new. I didnt even know they had that available.
