I would like to thank Lexus of Roseville from whom I purchased a car recently, and Mr. Edward McNanna, their Service Advisor for helping fix an issue with my car.
Issue: After driving it off from the lot, noticed an issue when making a right turn. Reported to the Service team at Lexus of Roseville.
Resolution process
.They gave an appointment with a service advisor Mr. Edward McNanna at 8 AM the next day. Mr. McNanna reviewed the issue, checked with his management and wrote a service ticket with zero cost. Mr. McNanna followed up and also reachable when I called. They fixed the issue with the vehicle and explained the issue, how they duplicated the issue and fixed it. Edward is very empathetic, customer friendly, and provided excellent customer service. For that, I thank Edward (Mr. McNanna) and the service team at Lexus of Roseville.

When my car was being repaired, they gave me a loaner car free of cost so I didn’t have to miss work.
Final word: I am very impressed with their processes, commitment to customers and now know why people like Lexus cars, not just for the car but also for their service. Lexus of Roseville is an excellent example for customer loyalty.
