It has not been a good experience since day one. I have emailed and called early on in the beginning with purchasing this Passport. Mutiple times they could not do the detail of my vehicle since I bought it. Finally said they could so I took the time, 30 minutes out of my way to then find out they ran it through a car wash and nothing else it was exactly how I brought it in. When I bought it, they couldn't do the detail because that department left for the evening. I was told to bring it back yet again and they would fill up my tank. Also, I have left a message early on with no call back. Since purchasing this Passport in April of this year I haven't gotten one response. Decided to give up... then out of the blue I get a text message about a free 90 day inspection of my vehicle. I text back and call explaining what I am still waiting for about my detail and fuel. Ana was the one texting me saying she would have someone call me... NEVER happened and I asked a couple of times. I still end up scheduling the 90 day inspection with an appointment. I arrive and no one approaches until 10 minutes later and tells me to wait in my vehicle turns and walks away so fast, NOT even asking why I was there. I let some moments pass and get out and ask about my appointment. They tell me they are 3 plus hours behind... I can go on and on about more issues but the final is DMV keeps sending me notices when I have already signed the title over to Capital City Honda back on the 29th of April. Maybe with this review I will finally get a call back.
