I called the dealership to go over purchasing a new Cadillac Lyriq. They stated that they currently had zero in stock and I would have to order. A new Cadillac dealership should have a Cadillac inventory to purchase.

Great experience and a great vehicle. I wanted to fly from Rhode Island to California to buy my vehicle and Sergei was more then willing to help. He overnighted me the documents, I sent them back, bought the plane ticket, picked up the car, and that was that. Vehicle was as described. They said they checked all the fluids for me, as I was about to go on a 3,000 mile trip back home. I verified this myself and sure enough everything was topped off. Highly recommended. I am just waiting for my title to come in from the CA DMV. It remains to be seen if there will be any issue there. I will update this review in due time.

This was he best experience at ANY dealership I have ever been to. Rigo Torres was exceptional! I have been a customer to dozens of dealerships in California for sales and service and there is NO caparison to Elm Ford. Treated with respect, not pushy and the BEST customer service ever! They do not rip off people like so many dealerships. This was, with no exception, a much better experience than any Mercedes, Ford, Chevy or BMW dealership anywhere. They treat you like a real person. Something unheard of in todays world. It makes me want to never go anywhere else. Thank you so much. I look forward to coming back for service and to purchase another vehicle in the future. Thank you so very much in restoring my faith in the automotive industry!

I bought a 1996 Dodge Indy am from these people in February 2005.<br>Since then I have spent $1600.00 in repairs and the Transmission JUST went out on Tuesday (5/8/05)!<br>When I took it into the Dealership the 1st time, they told me they wouldn't let ANY of their Techs drive it, until the Pitman Arm was changed, as it was in such bad condition.<br>I had driven that Truck from Los Angeles to my home <br>(435 Miles North), not knowing that this was in diss-repair.<br>I have e-mailed my salesman asking him to pay 50% of the total cost of repairs and he declined.<br>I have written the Better Business Bureau and the Bureau Of Automotive Repair.<br>The California Department Of Consumer Affairs wrote to me and told me that Deals On Wheels was a "Business that did not require registration/licensure with any regulatory body within the Department, but that my issue may fall within the authority of the California Department of Justice, Office Of The Attorney General and the Los Angeles County Department Consumer Affairs.<br>My complaint has been "forwarded" to BOTH agency's.<br>Perhaps with some contact from your organization, I may be able to reap some satisfaction from this unscrupulous seller.<br>It took every penny I had to buy this vehicle and once it broke down, it sat in my garage for 6 weeks, until I could save up the funds to repair it.<br>It lasted 2 weeks until the Transmission gave out and now it's back in my Garage AGAIN!<br>With estimates being in the $2K-$3K range, GOD knows how long it will be until I can get it repaired!<br><br>Roger <br>

Vehicle to tow a trailer - Trailerdragger

I found a low mileage pick-up that fit my needs for towing but it was 80 miles away in Signal Hill. I called and spoke to Arman and he answered my questions. We drove there and test drove the truck. It was perfect for us and we bought it. Arman was great to work with. The truck is in great shape and drives great too. I would recommend this used car dealer to anyone looking for a good truck at a fair price.

I drove over four hours to see it with a check in hand and a driver. Was told I couldn't test drive it for at least 30 minutes no matter how many times I said I only had a few minutes due to the horrible traffic. I repeatedly said it could be shipped to me, I just needed a short test drive. They lost all the paperwork I'd sent even though the salesman confirmed receipt and said an express delivery was set up. The staff couldn't have cared less. Wouldn't let me start the car, drive it around your own lot or any option.

Make sure you get your vehicle thoroughly inspected at this dealer. Look for signs of overspray/duck-tape bad tie rods suspension etc control arms. These people are part whole-salers and then also sell you a vehicle that may be from these parts. May have a clean title on the frame and vin # but not on the parts that the vehicle has or the work-manship put behind it to put it back together. You may have a clean title vehicle but not clean title parts or seals or parts that may not have come with the vehicle. Check for paint-off colors on the dashboard and doors. Check the upholestry for micro-tears etc. Broken headlights. Other than that you may be getting a good deal just make sure you check everything out first. Other-wise it may be a vehicle that drives great but may not be in the shape you really think it is. Peace Out.

Romeo was very personable and there was definitely no pressure. The transaction was pretty painless. I had a number of issues with the vehicle within the first week of ownership. When I reached out to Romeo he met me halfway and covered one of the major issues. It was nice to get that kind of service after the transaction. Just as a rule of thumb when buying a used car 1) do your research 2) pay for the cancel option 3) check the car see that door locks, windows etc all work and TAKE TO A MECHANIC and 3) was the car immediately. You may not always get a Romeo who is willing to work with you after the fact.
