We have been working with Joe for a while now and he is the most kind and caring person. He always bends over backwards to help make the buying process as easy as possible. The car color I wanted for my new Atlas Cross Sport was not available here but was in Colorado Springs. Joe took it upon himself to drive down there and drive my new car up to me. That is the kind of customer service you get with Joe. If you want someone you can trust and wont pressure you and is just so supportive and helpful through the whole process, you will want to work with Joe. Thank you Joe for everything. This dealer really makes buying a car easy and quick. We were looking for a very specific used vehicle, and they had one of 3 within 250 miles. I contacted all 3 dealers and Bill Coleman got back to me within minutes of me reaching out. He made getting the initial information we needed quick and easy. We decided to go in the next day to purchase which happened to be his day off. He quickly got us set up with Osama who was equally wonderful. When we were running late, he called to verify if we still planned to arrive soon, because he wanted to ensure he was ready and had time to help us. Upon arrival, we got to witness an angry customer (we all know this guy, the angry old man) and got to see how patient and kind other people were at the dealership when trying to explain to the man why they needed time to install something that he was 2 years late in getting. Despite the old man verbally attacking the employees, both the men stayed calm and tried to remain helpful to him despite his attacks. One of these men grabbed Osama and he was already set for us. He had the car pulled up, freshly washed, and full of gas. We immediately went on a test drive with Osama. During the test drive he was very good at making sure that what we needed and wanted in the car were present. Upon arrival, he ensured that we wanted to proceed with the sale. The process of signing docs and negotiating was very simple and quick. Within moments of finishing agreeing to numbers and signing said docs, Coty Anderson, the finance manager came out to meet us. He was very friendly and upfront with us about time expectations and ensuring our information was correct and ready for the legal documents. Coty made selecting the coverage and banking terms that worked best for us very easy and pleasurable. He wasn't too pushy like some Finance people in the past have been. He was able to clearly explain all the coverages, helped us narrow down what we needed and wanted, and even helped us with getting them into our monthly budget. My husband is a mechanic and having the electronic coverage was paramount to us. Get the coverage people.... from a mechanics wife!!! Signing the docs once we picked the coverages was easy as pie on his tablet and we got copies of all of them in emails almost immediately. Osama met us after the paperwork and offered to go through any features we wanted to learn about... this is unprecedented on a used vehicle and I have bought plenty to know that. We both left the dealership being thoroughly impressed with the ease of doing business and the service we received. My only complaint would be that we did not get copies of our bill of sale or title docs, nor did we get copies of the risk based pricing notice due to a consumer when credit was pulled. It appears this was an oversight and easily rectified the next day with a simple email to Coty. I would 100% do business with this dealership again!

During the custom ordering process, I worked closely with KEVIN DOMINGUEZ whose professionalism was second to none. Honestly, Kevin is simply the BEST! Communicative, personal, friendly, responsive, AVAILABLE! The car arrived at the dealership in a timely manner, and Kevin managed my expectations by providing shipping intel. I coordinated transport from CO to CA which was perfectly timed thanks in large part to Kevin for the reasons noted above. From Kevin to Parker Audi, the sales process was quick, understandable, and precisely what I expected. Bernard Brake expertly guided me to a competitively priced loan and the appropriate extended warranty. Bottom line .. DO BIZ with Parker Audi and let Kevin and Bernard do their thing .. YOU WILL BE HAPPY!!

I think this is the sixth car we’ve bought from Audi Glenwood and Rob Stokvis. Once again we feel Rob is very knowledgeable on the product and a pleasure to deal with. Even though the dealership has changed hands several times it is really nice to have a familiar face to help us with our purchase..
