My son's 12 year-old Audi finally blew out its clutch. We called around to all of the repair shops (independent and dealer.) My son was directed to Ryan Barnum at Ed Carroll Audi. From the beginning to end, Ryan was awesome - communicative, never condescending, and just overall excellent at dealing with me and my son. Service visit went smoothly including service related to two manufacturer recalls. One was the fuel pump...car now runs better than it has since I purchased it as it no longer lurches when I step on the gas. Does make me wonder what was happening before the pump replacement.
Last time I brought the car in for service (to same dealer) the tech recommended that I have a $300+ replacement of something that showed up on inspection. I declined the service. Interesting this did not show up on this comprehensive 35K inspection (car has 17,000 actual miles). Seems odd that the problem would have resolved. It also no longer shows up in my record and although I was shown a video at the time of the recommendation.
Car now runs great and feels like new!

From the moment I made the appointment with at Phil Long Audi to when I picked up my gorgeous detailed car it was a very pleasant and personal service. Ryan was a huge help. Very thoughtful making sure everything was perfect with the car. The detail company they use is top notched. When I got my car back, it looked like it did the day we drove it off the lot.
This is my second Audi from Phil Long and there personal service is one of their best They have a lot but how they treat their customers tell a lot about their work ethics.
