With our family recently growing, we knew exactly what we wanted and didn’t want to feel pressured into settling for something close enough. Wilson really took the time to help us find the right fit. He was patient, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable without ever coming across as pushy. We had a ton of questions throughout the process, and he always took the time to answer them thoroughly and honestly. It genuinely felt like he cared more about getting it right than just making a sale. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and he even helped move things along so we could make it back in time for daycare pickup in our new car. We’re extremely happy with both the XC90 and the experience working with Wilson. If you want someone who’s knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with, I’d definitely recommend him and McDonald Volvo.
