Service Manager Lenny Patram took extra care to ensure I had what I needed while waiting for the completion of my vehicle's oil change. Not only was he very patient (I forgot to present a coupon prior to the start of service and he had to revise and reprint my invoice), he also provided additional information regarding my vehicle that will prove most useful while deciding next steps at lease end. The technician that actually serviced my vehicle also returned it in pristine condition.

AFTER THEY ORDERED THE HYDRAULIC LIFTS FOR THE BACK DOOR & I BROUGHT IT BACK, IS WHEN THEY ULTIMATELY NOTICED THAT MY CAR HAD BEEN HIT IN THE REAR DOOR & I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT. I ASSUMED WHEN I COULDN'T GET THE REAR DOOR TO GO UP OR DOWN, THAT THE STRUTS WERE WORN OUT. BUT THEY SHOULD'VE CHECKED THAT OUT! NOT JUST ASSUME THAT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS! IT TOLD ME, THEY HADN'T EVEN CHECKED IT OUT! IN THE END, I HAD YOUR BODY SHOP DO ALL THE BODY WORK REPAIRS & I AM HAPPY WITH HOW IT WAS REPAIRED.

I had an absolutely great experience with the service department when I brought my Jeep to have an issue checked. They went above and beyond my expectations.

I was told online 800 down I get there about a hour in it changes to 1400 down then 2 hrs in they take my check stubs from me to make copies and when the salesman returns he tells me the owner said I can put 2000 down so if I want the car I need to come up with more money...by now I have already paid for the insurance and the tax tag and title and just about to pay the down payment...the worst thing of all I paid uber 70 dollars to get there and I had to pay another 124 to get home after being there for 4 hours and not getting a car. I am so disappointed and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to try some where else cause of all the money spent on uber's.

Dealership and service department are total nightmares. How is there only ONE service center for Alfa Romeos? That being said, NONE of the “mechanics” there are knowledgeable nor trained to repair car issues. The manager at service is arrogant and rude, and clearly doesn’t care how many times you repeatedly have to bring your car back for the same issues. You should NOT have to bring your car in 6 times within 3 weeks for the same issue. I had to fight for a loaner bc they were willing to let me drive off with a leaking valve. Then they ask to switch the loaner the very next day bc they had “sold” it. It’s absurd. I will be choosing to not lease a car from Palmetto Alfa/Fiat, nor will anyone else I know. STAY FAR AWAY.
