I had Jorge Gutierrez managing my car service. He went far above to get all services and parts done at a reasonable price. He and the team did great on my car. My car is running smooth like new.

Had a service appt and wait time upon arrival was minimal. Kevin noted the issues and said they would provide transportation back to our residence and back to the dealership when the work was completed and that was exceptional. He did call later and stated work required and that the car would be done the following day and that did happen and was great. One item that I had was to reset the service wrench icon to make it disappear but was told that could not be done as the service was not done there and they did not want to be held responsible. I understood that but wish they would have considered a waiver of responsibility on my part to do this. I will address this issue at my next service as I did not want to obtain another oil change after six months. So the service wrench icon will remain for now but always hoped that Maserati would go above and beyond to to service their customers.

I really apreciate the honesty from Jesse. I never feel pressured, he always makes me feel like it's my car I'm in control. I've been dealing with him so long I most times toss him the keys and tell him do what ever it needs and call m when it's finished.

Frustrated with what the repairs would cost me, Tyler recommended he work with me to purchase a new car. After just a few hours and Tyler’s resilient work. I was stunned when I brought my truck in for service today. There was an apparent difference in the experience. I had always thought the service experience was mediocre at best. This time, no more waiting to talk with someone when you drive up, no more searching for your service representative to find out what was going on with your vehicle. Everyone you saw at the dealership recognized you, was very helpful and extremely courteous. I walked in and saw a guy in a white Ford polo (different than everyone else) and asked him if the dealership changed ownership. He said no, but I am the new service manager. I told him the service experience was incredibly better. It was so obvious as soon as you drive in. Told him kudo’s and great job. Nice to see this in these times where we have lost our service mentality. Made my day. Good to know this is what you get when you hire a real pro who is has the right skills for the job.

This place is AWESOME! I bought my car from another state and moved back to Florida. I have taken my car here for service. This dealership has taken care of me as if I had bought the car there and am looking to buy another. If I was going to buy another car, I would buy it here just based on the service dept. Nathan Huff has been excellent as my service advisor. Terry Bruno, his manager has been exceptionally understanding (In case you are wondering why the manager was involved, it had nothing to do about Nathan, service, or the dealership). I found out about this dealership when Mike Erdman Toyota, which is closer to me, tried to rip me off. Do NOT ever go to Mike Erdman Toyota.
