Brian was very clear, helpful, and respectful. Plenty of time, normal salesmanship but not undue pressure. Once the purchase was made he spent a lot of time getting everything set up in the car- iPhone, Blue drive app/registration, remote start, features in the car, etc. Since some of the technology was new to us, the time was appreciated.
Overall, good experience and a very noticeable effort by the dealership to be a 5 Star dealership which translates down to the sales and post-sales paperwork process.

Just had an absolutely terrible experience. Went to buy a Chevy Cruze...got the financing done....They called me to come finish the paperwork at 430. Headed over from St Louis to sign. Arrived a little after 6 pm. THEY TOLD ME SORRY BUT WE SOLD THE CAR! WHAT! Absolutely disappointed. Then, tried to sell me a Hyundai which was a piece of junk. The salesman was in on the bait and switch the whole time. They suckered another couple before us using the same tactics. Very sad after leaving their dealership. I am reporting them to the FTC for consumer fraud and I am reporting them to the State of MO.

Traveled from Michigan to help my daughter's first used car purchase. John did a live Face Time with us before taking the trip to make sure we didn't waste our time. He was very thorough over the live feed even showing all anomalies on the car (light scratches..etc) to ensure no surprises if we decided to take the 280 mile road trip. When we finally saw the car in person, it was what we expected and the car looked like it was a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited with 18K miles. Transaction went smooth, no hidden charges and best part was the car was a Certified Pre-Owned which gave me peace of mind due to the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. My daughter was extremely happy with her purchase and was able to learn a lot from the experience from comparisons with other dealerships who tried to lure her into buying their cars with questionable "fees" being added to the advertised price. Overall great buying experience from AutoNation!

Make sure you call an hour before you get there to confirm your scheduled appointment on a vehicle is still there. Drove an hour to get there only to be told that my vehicle was already sold since yesterday, yet the sales man didn't tell me that even though we were texting in the morning about directions. Could be a bad sales person or might be their management team policy.

Had windshield replaced at dealership
Needed a new one after it cracked again, had it done at an independent place, come to find out the dealership installed the lowest model windshield in my Ultimate package vehicle.
When I told the manager he asked why didn’t I come back to him to get a new one.
I guess cheating me once wasn’t good enough for them.
Just had a tire rotation, all tires have different air pressure and not by 1lb difference more like 6lb. Never checked air pressure.

hello used this dealership due to issues with selling dealer when car was purchased, the issue is desensitized service personnel, a steering issue is apparent three times sent vehicle to this dealer first time, steering is problematic, so they tightened steering column, when originally brought car there they actually said this year auto has possible component issues in the steering, second time brought back and the tech said put new tires on and have wheel alignment, i acknowledge the tires were bad but this steering issue is still there and felt it wasn't related to an alignment, the tires were replaced and called hyundai corporate this individual very considerate and concerned with our safety and satisfaction she referred specifically to service manager. now they claim nothing is wrong with car and claim it is a design issue with electric steering motor and they never acknowledged to the corporate person we were even there for service.

My fiance and I went to Grossinger Hyundai in Palatine this past Monday to purchase a new vehicle. We met sales consultant Burim and was met with great customer service! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not waste our time with a sales man pitch! We knew what we wanted going in, so we worked on a price that was affordable. Burim was more than willing to work hard to get us the best price. After a few hours of processing, paperwork, and a few cups of coffee, we left the dealership with a new car, at an affordable price, and would recommend to anyone looking for a new car!

Worst dealership to be at. In market for a new car and inquired online with grosinger hyundai. Spoke to a very nice online sales rep who scheduled me in for test drive. Sales manager was very rude and disrespectful and we walked out of there letting them know that we won't be buying a car from them even though they are the closest dealer to me. If their service is this horrible in their sales department, imagine what to expect after sale... Would never go to grossing Hyundai again for anything nor would i recommend them to anyone...
