During the day of a major snow storm. We Came in last minute, no appointment, just stoped in and right away was approached by a sales person to help us who happened to be Eddie.
He was great! Very friendly, straight to the point, informative, answered all our questions and informed us throughout the process. Went from driving a gas guzzling 99 expedition to a 2019 Elantra and boy, you notice the 20years in between the cars right away. Fell in love after the test ride, loaded with features, and the people at Rosen were very helpful in getting everything I wanted into my budget! Overall great experience, Eddie was fantastic, highly recommend asking for him!

Bad Sales Tactics, Worse people skills - tcollins
Their Black Friday ad was misleading, and they refused to honor their stated special. They were technically not false advertising, so if they chose not to honor the ad fine, lots of dealers do that. The sales manger Chris Green came over to speak to us and told us we were confused about what the ad said, and he claimed it said something other than it did. I told him the only way to get a deal was to honor their ad, and give me fair value for my trade in. They proceeded to offer 10% under KBB, 15% under Edmonds, and 25% under NADA values for my trade. Once the deal was falling thru, and Chris Green was brought over, Chris was very condescending to us, and was clearly very unhappy that I had done my homework before coming into the dealership. We will not be going back to any Green dealership. I would give them zero stars if I could.
Our Sales person William Jones was good an I believe he was caught completely off guard by the bait and switch, condescending sales tactics used by management and Chris Green.

Had windshield replaced at dealership
Needed a new one after it cracked again, had it done at an independent place, come to find out the dealership installed the lowest model windshield in my Ultimate package vehicle.
When I told the manager he asked why didn’t I come back to him to get a new one.
I guess cheating me once wasn’t good enough for them.
Just had a tire rotation, all tires have different air pressure and not by 1lb difference more like 6lb. Never checked air pressure.

My experiences at Rogers are nothing less than perfect. I've purchased 3 vehicles from Rogers Auto Group and every one of them has run great. Daniel Nino has been my salesman for years and he's a great guy. If there was any salesman that you'd want to ever have selling you a car it would be him. He's always on top of everything, whether it be an extra key or an oil change. He's always willing to help you out and make you feel #1. He's been in the business for years and I've recommended many people to him and they have nothing but good things to say about him. He's very proficient, and on the ball with everything. He makes buying a car actually easy and enjoyable-if there is such a thing. If he didn't have what I wanted he made sure that he got it for me. If there's an award for the best salesman in Chicago he should receive this honor by far. A lot of salesman are con artists, but he makes you feel like family. I recommend Daniel Nino when buying a car.

My wife and I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe right before Christmas 2018. Hyundai cars are great in my book, so the real hurdle was finding the right dealer. We went to Gregory Hyundai because they had the model and color we preferred. Steve, our salesman was polite and cordial (but as we all know the salesmen don’t make the important decisions). So here are the Manufacturer offers (that I was expecting to get) listed are $2500 cash back, Down payment match offer: $500 cash back, College Grad offer: $400 cash back, $50 reward card for test driving a new Hyundai, and 0% financing for 36 months.
Here is what I did NOT get:
• Manufacturer offer of $2500 cash back. Reason: It was $2500 cash back OR 0% financing for 36 months. Not AND. Did not see that on the fine print.
• Down payment match offer: $500 cash back. You had to open some type of account one month in advanced to qualify. Did not see that on the fine print.
• College Grad offer: $400 cash back. Had all the proper paperwork. No reason was given why I was not eligible for this incentive.
• $50 reward card for test driving a new Hyundai. Our salesman Steve stated the dealer does not participate in the program.
Here is what I got:
0% financing for 36 months. I also got a decent price for my trade-in. One person, Tony, took care of the financing the day we were there. Tony seemed very disconnected from the customers. He kept forgetting our names or calling us by the wrong names. It seems like all he cared about was having our signatures in his paperwork. He also was selling some additional service packages. When I didn’t show any interest in any of them, he seem to show some anger and didn’t understand why I was not interested. There seemed to be some strong-arm techniques because he ultimately sold us a package we didn’t want with his double talk and his “disappointment” with us.
We finally finish the paper work and Steve showed us to our car after being there all afternoon. In our excitement to get our car and go home, we inspected it and found no visible damages. When we got home we notice a ding in the rear bumper. We showed it to Steve the next business day. We got a call from Barry telling us they couldn’t do anything for us. It seems like Barry was basically calling us liars. Very unfortunate for us. Lesson learned: take your phones out to take a video of the car before leaving the dealer.
Overall we love the car, but the dealer is not much to be desired. In our opinion, you can find a better dealer elsewhere.

hello used this dealership due to issues with selling dealer when car was purchased, the issue is desensitized service personnel, a steering issue is apparent three times sent vehicle to this dealer first time, steering is problematic, so they tightened steering column, when originally brought car there they actually said this year auto has possible component issues in the steering, second time brought back and the tech said put new tires on and have wheel alignment, i acknowledge the tires were bad but this steering issue is still there and felt it wasn't related to an alignment, the tires were replaced and called hyundai corporate this individual very considerate and concerned with our safety and satisfaction she referred specifically to service manager. now they claim nothing is wrong with car and claim it is a design issue with electric steering motor and they never acknowledged to the corporate person we were even there for service.

Worst dealership to be at. In market for a new car and inquired online with grosinger hyundai. Spoke to a very nice online sales rep who scheduled me in for test drive. Sales manager was very rude and disrespectful and we walked out of there letting them know that we won't be buying a car from them even though they are the closest dealer to me. If their service is this horrible in their sales department, imagine what to expect after sale... Would never go to grossing Hyundai again for anything nor would i recommend them to anyone...

They Won’t Entertain Guaranteed Out of State Sales - WACarBuyer
I contacted this dealership and informed them that I was ready to purchase a vehicle. I live in Washington State and would fly in to finalize paperwork and pick up my vehicle. We all know that these days, you can work a deal with any dealership without ever stepping foot in one before signing and driving off. Unless, of course, the dealer has something to hide. I’m guessing this dealer uses bait and switch tactics, and since I’m a long distance customer, there’s no way for them to do this.
