I had two test drives with two different 2018 Mazda CX-5s. Jose was great in explaining all the features and tried to answer all of my questions or clear any confusions I had. After my first test drive, I researched online and really wanted the preferred equipment package with the vehicle. None of the vehicles in their website had PEP for the trim I was looking at. Jose was able to find a vehicle in the lot with PEP that wasn't listed in the website. In my second test drive, he further explained all the feature additions. I ended up buying the CX-5 with the preferred package.
However, the only reason I am giving a 4 star is because there was a minor blip during the sales process. As we started talking numbers, Jose was extremely responsive in accommodating all of my requests, providing me necessary information regarding dealer invoice and so on. When I quoted my valuation of the car, Jose took it back to his sales manager. The sales manager (who didn't even give me his name) was really aggressive in his attitude while arguing about dealer's holdback and the competitive quote I brought from another dealer. He did not even give us a return quote---a straight NO! I had to send Jose an email 2 days later to give them my final quote which worked out fine.
As for financing, Brandon Price made sure the process went smoothly. I had pre-approval from the local credit union. However, their financing department took over the responsibility of paperwork and the whole process went very smoothly.

This dealership KNOWINGLY sold my husband a lemon and now will not buy it back for the price which he is asking for. He's contacted them via the phone as well as has personally gone to the dealership. During his first conversation with one of the salesmen, he was told that he should just sell the car to someone else to which he replied "why would I do to someone else what you guys did to me". All we want is for them to pay off the remaining balance of the car so that we don't have to spend anymore on repairs.

Had windshield replaced at dealership
Needed a new one after it cracked again, had it done at an independent place, come to find out the dealership installed the lowest model windshield in my Ultimate package vehicle.
When I told the manager he asked why didn’t I come back to him to get a new one.
I guess cheating me once wasn’t good enough for them.
Just had a tire rotation, all tires have different air pressure and not by 1lb difference more like 6lb. Never checked air pressure.

My wife and I had a great experience leasing our 2018 Hyundai Tucson from Rogers. Our salesperson Christopher Bradley was great to work with and really knows his stuff. Christopher explained all of the vehicles features during the test drive and helped with a follow up service appointment. Christopher made himself available (and still does) throughout our leasing process.
Sales manager Brian Benavides also did a great job answering my many questions when I initially contacted the dealership via email. Brian continued to offer expert help and guidance during the leasing process.

hello used this dealership due to issues with selling dealer when car was purchased, the issue is desensitized service personnel, a steering issue is apparent three times sent vehicle to this dealer first time, steering is problematic, so they tightened steering column, when originally brought car there they actually said this year auto has possible component issues in the steering, second time brought back and the tech said put new tires on and have wheel alignment, i acknowledge the tires were bad but this steering issue is still there and felt it wasn't related to an alignment, the tires were replaced and called hyundai corporate this individual very considerate and concerned with our safety and satisfaction she referred specifically to service manager. now they claim nothing is wrong with car and claim it is a design issue with electric steering motor and they never acknowledged to the corporate person we were even there for service.

Worst dealership to be at. In market for a new car and inquired online with grosinger hyundai. Spoke to a very nice online sales rep who scheduled me in for test drive. Sales manager was very rude and disrespectful and we walked out of there letting them know that we won't be buying a car from them even though they are the closest dealer to me. If their service is this horrible in their sales department, imagine what to expect after sale... Would never go to grossing Hyundai again for anything nor would i recommend them to anyone...

The staff at Gurnee Hyundai were really nice and friendly. We were greeted right away by Roger. The facility was very clean.
Roger was our sales man and really took our needs into consideration. He did everything possible to get what we wanted. And if it wasn't going to work he was very honest with us and explained everything. Roger showed us the cars and explained everything very thoroughly. We are very pleased with the experience we had at Gurnee Hyundai. Even though we live an hour away.. We will definately return. And the best thing about our whole thing was we came home with the exact SUV that we had come to see. Thanks Gurnee Hyundai!
