Everything was great! Karim, Dan, and Dany were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. Karim was able to find exactly what I wanted and explained all of the details about the Elantra to me. He discussed vehicle pricing with me straightforward and he answered all of the questions I had without a problem. When Karim helping out other customers, his manager Dan explained a few more papers to me that I had to sign. Dany was very patient and ran a lot of numbers for me so I could decide which plan was best for me. Overall, everyone was very helpful and that greatly influenced my decision to get my first Hyundai!

I would like to recommend Pat Rosenberg (General Manager), Jim Scheidt (Sales Representative) and Edgar Suarez (Finance Guru)at Hyundai on Perryville to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or a used vehicle. I have dealt with Jim before and am a repeat customer. He is extremely pleasant and is knowledgeable about his inventory. Normally general managers can be intimidating to deal with, but not Pat. He is very much down-to-earth kind of person and I was able to work out a deal on a pre-owned vehicle in under 5 minutes!!! The car was perfectly detailed upon my arrival on delivery date and I was pleased with the final pre-purchase inspection. Edgar is a true car guy and has made the purchasing experience as smooth as possible. This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had (and I have owned 11 vehicles so far, so I have much to compare with)!!!

Elgin Hyundai is a great dealership to work with. Went to Rosen hyundai they would not negotiate a price on suv. Went to Patrick hyundai they were rude and unwilling to help. Salesman unknowligible about vehicles. Had talk to Lou about suv gave a price asked him what I could work with. We got to a agreement. Next day Lou off but Steve was waiting for me. Gave me what I agreed to. And no hassle about pricing. Even financing was a breeze no Nickle or dime you to death. Best experience i ever had. Thank you Elgin Hyundai

If there was a 10 star rating I would give them 10 stars. Outstanding service department and outstanding sales department. My husband and I have been coming to this dealer for over 10 years. I recently had an issue with my 2009 Sonata and I brought it in for service. Jayson and John in the service department took GREAT care of me and my car. The first repair didn't fix my car, when I returned with my car they assured me they would find the solution to the issue I was having. After 3 weeks in the shop they did find the problem, however it was a little more costly than my husband and I wanted to pay for repairs. John recommended me to their sales department and we met with Jimmy. Jimmy showed me a couple of cars that would keep me in my budget since we really were not planning on buying a car right now. After careful consideration we opted to purchase a new 2018 Sonata. Jimmy took great care of us. Service like this is what keeps customers returning. Thank you D'arcy Hyundai for all of your help! After doing quite a bit of web research, I was ready to test drive my choices and make a final decision. I was greeted by Mr. Quimby the first time i stepped into the showroom. After being introduced to a sales associate, I told him wat i was looking for. He brought it to the door and off we went. He explained many of the features of the vehicle. My decision was then made. This kind of no pressure, friendly service led us to purchase 3 vehicles. We got fair value for our trade-ins and the worked with us on price.

Just had an absolutely terrible experience. Went to buy a Chevy Cruze...got the financing done....They called me to come finish the paperwork at 430. Headed over from St Louis to sign. Arrived a little after 6 pm. THEY TOLD ME SORRY BUT WE SOLD THE CAR! WHAT! Absolutely disappointed. Then, tried to sell me a Hyundai which was a piece of junk. The salesman was in on the bait and switch the whole time. They suckered another couple before us using the same tactics. Very sad after leaving their dealership. I am reporting them to the FTC for consumer fraud and I am reporting them to the State of MO.

Traveled from Michigan to help my daughter's first used car purchase. John did a live Face Time with us before taking the trip to make sure we didn't waste our time. He was very thorough over the live feed even showing all anomalies on the car (light scratches..etc) to ensure no surprises if we decided to take the 280 mile road trip. When we finally saw the car in person, it was what we expected and the car looked like it was a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited with 18K miles. Transaction went smooth, no hidden charges and best part was the car was a Certified Pre-Owned which gave me peace of mind due to the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. My daughter was extremely happy with her purchase and was able to learn a lot from the experience from comparisons with other dealerships who tried to lure her into buying their cars with questionable "fees" being added to the advertised price. Overall great buying experience from AutoNation!

Make sure you call an hour before you get there to confirm your scheduled appointment on a vehicle is still there. Drove an hour to get there only to be told that my vehicle was already sold since yesterday, yet the sales man didn't tell me that even though we were texting in the morning about directions. Could be a bad sales person or might be their management team policy.

Do not buy a car from Them. The dealer who I worked with didn't install several of the pre-delivery items nor did he apologize when I called and asked about it. They didn't pay off my trade for several weeks, after I opened a Better Business Bureau complaint. The finance manager who gave me his card to call with questions or complaints didn't reply to my emails about the situation. Another manager said to make things right he was sending me a check for two payments. Two months later, he doesn't reply to emails because obviously they don't want to put anything in writing, and no check. I have never been treated worse by a car dealership.

Got there and immediately was taken care of, test drove a few different cars with just myself and my dad, got pricing info all in less than 45 min. Still wanting to browse, we went to Honda to test drive a Fit i was curious about and when I did the dealer came with us for the drive which was really uncomfortable.
Ended up going back to Hyundai and was introduced to the Elantra Value addition which had almost everything I could possibly ask for and was only just a couple hundred more! They had a TON of different colors, models and cars, new used and certified. Everything i could of ever asked for in a car was so easy to find here

Needed a new one after it cracked again, had it done at an independent place, come to find out the dealership installed the lowest model windshield in my Ultimate package vehicle.
When I told the manager he asked why didn’t I come back to him to get a new one.
I guess cheating me once wasn’t good enough for them.
Just had a tire rotation, all tires have different air pressure and not by 1lb difference more like 6lb. Never checked air pressure.

hello used this dealership due to issues with selling dealer when car was purchased, the issue is desensitized service personnel, a steering issue is apparent three times sent vehicle to this dealer first time, steering is problematic, so they tightened steering column, when originally brought car there they actually said this year auto has possible component issues in the steering, second time brought back and the tech said put new tires on and have wheel alignment, i acknowledge the tires were bad but this steering issue is still there and felt it wasn't related to an alignment, the tires were replaced and called hyundai corporate this individual very considerate and concerned with our safety and satisfaction she referred specifically to service manager. now they claim nothing is wrong with car and claim it is a design issue with electric steering motor and they never acknowledged to the corporate person we were even there for service.
Worst body shop - 091877Jr
I Bought a Durango from Sullivan GMC, Buick. It had a crease on the door. Now Sullivan doesn’t have a body shop in house so they send their cars that need work to Grossinger Hyundai. At first they didn’t replace a plastic molding around the rear wheel well. So I had to go back To Sullivan so they can order the plastic molding and have it installed there. I wasn’t Happy with the crappy body work that they did on it, so I told them take it back. Came back looking like they didn’t do a thing. They sent it back and again I wasn’t happy with the alley work they did to the truck. It’s a freaking door and you would think they would get it right after having it for over a month, for a door. I guess Sullivan is being cheap and the body guys don’t know what they are doing. Don’t get any work done here. Unfortunately I’ve been in a accident where my Honda front end was pretty bad and I took it to CDE and it looks like knew, so I don’t know why they say it’s the best it’s going to look. That place is garbage.
