I have had a lot of issues with my car. They are major issues that Nissan claims there is no fix available for. I bought the car at Gerald and the extended warranty. The service department at Naperville is worse than the North Aurora location. Neither location has enough techs certified in EV. The Naperville service manager is rude and unsympathetic. The service director however, is more sympathetic and understanding and at least listens. I left a message for the Naperville GM and never got a response. Also, the Naperville service department told Nissan there was nothing wrong with my car the day after they told me the tech was able to confirm the issue I reported. Once I brought in information related to a service bulletin that was related to the infotainment system and the service advisor acted xxxxxx off that I was able to do research. Basically told me because I'm not a mechanic that, that I have no right to tell them what I found. I also brought my car in fully charged and I filled their loaner with gas to full. They gave my car back with 22% charge. They claim to be a family run business but I have yet to see that. I have a car with unfixable issues (according to Nissan their engineers don't have a fix) and the car's value has tanked. So I'm stuck paying for a car with unfixable issues.
