I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. Ferris was a top rated Salesman and even got my car insurance down so I can make the monthly payment. Cody Hamel, in the Finance, was a wonderful communicator and my car was paid off within 4 weeks for my trade in. My second car purchase was a used car. Dave and Joe from the Service Department made sure my car was in safe condition and went over and beyond taking care of me. I worked in Customer Service for 32 years and I give them a A+ rating. Went in for oil change and maintenance, had an awesome experience with Ben Lau, he was in constant contact and never once did I try and get a hold of someone and wasn't able to. Most places you have to call 6-7 times before they answer. Super responsive, helpful, and explained things in a way most people can understand. Great job and hopefully if needed I can come back to this service dept! Audi, International group, and Ben Lau - 5 stars, 10/10. I felt like this is the way service should be.

I took my Bentley to a performance shop to have my engine light repaired. They quoted me $3,500.00 to replace catalytic converter. I asked is my 2007 Bentley still covered by a warranty - they said no. I left and called Bentley Downers Grove and spoke to Tom B. I explain my problem he told me to bring it in and he will provided a loaner vehicle. He inspected my Bentley and called and told me my Catalytic Converter is a part that is covered by my 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty .Tom ordered the parts and my Bentley was completed the next day

It is a very friendly dealership where the customer is put first. They have a great service area and body shop. The quality of work done there is par excellent. I have had two cars repaired in the body shop and they came out looking like brand new. I have recommended many of my friends to the dealership and they too have liked the service. The management is always there if there is a problem. You can even talk directly with the owner if need be.
