From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. Aish Ayyash, my service advisor, took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and had straightforward recommendations. I really appreciated his transparency and professionalism. He provided me several updates while the car was in the shop. He also provided me a beautiful 2025 Macan loaner as my car was getting serviced. The technicians did an excellent job and my car and was returned to me spotless, running smoothly, and with a full service report outlining exactly what had been done. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and genuine care for the customer. Many service centers feel rushed or impersonal, but Westmont Porshe truly treats you like a priority from start to finish. Thank you to Aish and the dealership for making this such a smooth process! Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy, top-quality car service!

I brought my 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix in for a transmission problem. I purchased the car with an extended warranty. Charlene was my first contact, she got the car in and I had a brand new loaner car to use while mine was being repaired. Long story short, the transmission was rebuilt but still had a problem. The transmission was eventually replaced. The point of this review is that, even though I had to bring the car back a few times, they worked with me on resolving the issue with a great attitude and determination even though I did not buy my car from them. I own two Pontiac's and have had them both serviced by this dealer. they do great work and I would recommend them to anyone who needs service. One last thing, Robin the cashier always with a smile on her face and was always very helpful with getting the loaner car set up. A++++ on service and friendliness.

I Have been coming there alittle over 6 years now They have a awesome Shop team The shop is great they take the time to listen to you and even if you dont have a appointment and you have something going on with your vehicle They have taken the time to take a ride with me to listen to see if they could fiquire it out I have done this 2 times now and both times they knew exactly what is was They have been excellent They are very pleasant and kind I will be going there for many more years

Nate the service writer & Andy the mechanic were both professional, personable & caring. They got me right in, made the necessary repairs & had me back on the road within 1/2 hour.
