Horrible experience!! Not long after having it my transmission needed replaced and then the problems went downhill from there. All from brakes to A NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM to front and back calipers, to the air conditioning going out and the window breaking to where I couldn’t roll down the drivers side window. After all that being replaced so over 2 grand put into the car, it still DID NOT work! So my van sat and I paid 163.00 bi weekly for it to just sit. When I first purchased it, I think I really only drove it a hand full of times. I have small kids and was constantly stranded having to get it towed. I will never recommend anyone to JD BYRIDER.

But Kimberly and her management team worked with us on a in stock Outback. They respected my little time away from work and made this happen. Everything Manny feeds you is a lie and he is very disrespectful. I purchased a BMW from Manny back in December of 2013, and once I got it home everything went wrong. I spoke with Manny on the phone the day before driving 5 hours to come look at the BMW and he insisted that he just took it to the BMW store near him to get everything checked out. 5 days after I got home with the vehicle the check engine light came on. I took it in and it needed roughly $3000 worth of repairs. I spoke with Manny and he said everything checked out, and he doesn't know why everything went wrong. I decided to call the BMW dealership he said he took it to and the service advisor said that this vehicle NEVER came through their service lane. I have emailed, called, texted, and have yet to hear back from Manny. It is sad that someone can sleep at night with how he treats and screws over his customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER.

Bought a GTR from them. While driving home the car literally fell apart. Wheel wells and ground effect flew off car. While in shop I found out there was 10k worth of parts missing under car and the wrong bumper cover. 20k later car is put back together with no help from dealer. These guys are putting wrecks back together and not even close to proper. You would be a fool to even entertain buying a car here. I was!

Very comfortable and easy to work with. No pushy sales techniques. Sal was personable, polite, and had the car ready for me up front upon calling 10 minutes ahead of arriving. Top notch service. I haven't had this sort of treatment from a dealership before. It was a sense of relief, to be honest. I tested out a couple of vehicles and both were in good shape. Sal was honest about what, if any, work they needed. My father owned a dealership so I know what warning signs to look for. I test drove them and both drove well. Sal didn't even push his business card. He knew I had his number and told me to call him if I was interested. I plan on being back to purchase a vehicle.

No problems with any of the vehicles as I was able to drive all vehicles back home to Texas (940 miles) with only stops for gasoline & food. I bought a 2022 Mercedes new and experienced a multitude of error codes from the vehicle, one of which makes the steering pull to the right while driving among other issues. After receiving 3 different loner cars and months of trying to get the issues fixed the dealership told me they can not fix the issues this car has and I MUST return their loaner car to the dealership or they will file a stollen vehicle report and arrest me. I told them I don't want my car back if it is not fixed and we are now in the process of transferring the vehicle to a different dealership. I never received any communication about the status of my car through any of this which is not good and when I called to check on its status the manager told me he doesn't want to work on it. I then got the police involved to sort everything out and we are moving forward but the bottom line is this dealership lacks communication and the knowledge to fix the cars issues. Two separate issues now and they have basically told me they don't know how to fix it. The first issue got fixed with the steering wheel shaking over bumps but I had to tell their mechanics the cpu codes to fix that! I got on the Mercedes-Benz online forums and finally found the answer to educate their mechanics who are trained way more than I am and that took months too. Ridiculous! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone, for anything. Period.

I am a 67 year old old school guy so buying a used car online was not easy for me because I could not kick the tires or test drive the car. The car is for my 18 year old son who found it on Carfax a 2007 Mustang GT convertible. Sweet ride! I spoke to Karim Z. who was great to walk me through the prosses. The Mustang is as they said it was and the drivers who delivered it were spot on! I will be buying another car when my 15 year old is ready for his new car and I will be dealing with Karim Z. at Power Motor Cars INC.

Zone Motor's Chicago at 525 W Fullerton Ave, Addison, IL 60101, the experience was absolutely smooth and pleasant. The sales associate Ray and Joe were very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He explained everything about the vehicle that I didn’t see at other Mercedes dealers that I had test driven at. Not pushy, or aggressive selling but confident and gave us our space and let us make the decisions under no pressure. They gave us the time to decide and encouraged us to explore and research. I didn’t get this experience anywhere else. The buying experience was smooth and very nice and the sales person's Ray & Joe got us a good deal. This is a great place to buy a Mercedes. No high strung, bottom line aware aggressive pushers sales and service guys here. Just normal, knowledgeable, and regular people who know a lot about Mercedes. I purchased a 1970 Chevelle SS from Gateway Classic Cars Tulsa in June 2025, relying on statements from their sales team that the vehicle was in excellent condition, had a recently rebuilt 489ci engine with only 400 miles, functioning A/C, and was a true Chevelle SS. All of these representations proved false. • The A/C did not work. • The engine failed within hours of arrival and required towing. • A licensed performance shop confirmed catastrophic internal engine damage and that the car is actually a Malibu Sport, not a true SS. I trusted the company’s advertising and salesmanship and now face $45,000 in engine repair and loss of value due to the false SS claim. I understand “As Is” purchases—but deliberate misrepresentation is not protected under that clause. Gateway Classic Cars failed to meet even the most basic standard of truth in advertising. I strongly urge others to get all third-party inspections done before dealing with this company.

I have bought 3 cars from Key Used Cars over the last 10 years and always had a good experience. I read some of the other reviews which were negative and I could not help but wonder if the other people writing reviews knew they were buying a used car. Used cars have things go wrong with them all the time. I have had things break on my cars and eventually get repaired, but I did not blame Key Used Cars. I am a value shopper and Key Used Cars always seems to have the best pricing and so I buy from them. I have bought really cheap cars for less than $2000 and have had issues that a $2000 car would have. I also bought a car for over $7000 from Key and it had very few issues. I think it just depends on the car and your budget. My experience has always been positive and I have referred a lot of friends and family to their car lot. I definitely recommend the company and will continue referring my friends and family. It is clearly a small family run business. Some people like the charm that provides and others don't. For me, I really like walking in and they remember me and I know that my business really matters to them. I like supporting quality local businesses and I think Key Used Cars is one of them.
