I called to check in the morning and the AI bot said I needed an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. So I made and appointment for 3pm but when I got there there really wasn't an appointment and there were 2 vehicles in front of me and they were at lunch. I said the bot needs fixed! Maria worked hard to meet my deadline so I could get to my next appointment. My car was done on time.

Love my fiat but the lack of customer service from the service department has made me want to never own another fiat & I am now looking to trade it off because of my experience. It shouldn't be a fight to have warranty work completed on my car. Good luck to anyone that thinks this place cares about the customer.
