Very honest, helpful information. Always there to help. - Zack Jones
I bought my first Subaru and it was a great experience. My sales rep was Paul Moser and he helped me get into the car I wanted and was super helpful and honest in getting me the information I needed. He was always right there throughout the process to answer my questions. There was one time in particular when I called him on his off day and he was at the gym and still took my call. He took the time to answer my questions and do all he could for me. Highly recommend a Subaru as it has been a great car. Also recommend buying from Ramsey Subaru, Paul Moser specifically.
Not big on Mazdas - MazdaGal
If you're shopping for a Mazda, look elsewhere. I think they focus on Subaru and that's it. They'd only come down 200.00 on the price and left off the additional 500.00 factory rebate that the others were participating in. Only gave it the 2nd star because the sales person was a nice guy to work with.
Friendly and Great Communication - Matthew.f.ernst
We had a great experience! I needed a new car for my son and they were incredibly helpful and fair. Jordan took his time to make sure we knew everything about the car. Highly recommend!
Great place for first time buyers... - shashariyah
The staff are very friendly and attentive. The environment was comfortable, the sales men were not too pushy, or demanding. There was allot of openness, understanding and patience when they were dealing with me, allowing me to have the ability to take my time and make a decision on a vehicle that was right for me. The only, I guess slight flaw is all the paperwork, and the time you spend there(also, understanding all the paperwork). So ask allot of questions, because no question is a stupid question. Especially, when it comes to your livelihood and money. Again, great staff and friendly environment, and they are good with taking their time to make sure you, the customer is at ease, whether it is trading, buying, or selling.
Good experience - Scooba
My first time taking my Audi to this dealership for scheduled maintenance. All I can say is that they did a good job: easy to schedule using the Internet, they give you all the options (loaner, shuttle, rental) during the scheduling process and there is always an opening that can fit with your schedule. Brent was great during the drop-off and pick up of the car: no pushing of services that I did not want and was ready to assist me. I opted for a shuttle and it was very clean and the driver was a nice person. No complaints and the car was ready before the estimated time and was delivered clean.
dishonest, overpriced - mamamony
5 minutes after driving out from their lot the" check engine" light turns on. After their asessment, had the wrong part replaced (rubber pipe), which I discovered a few months later when the problem recurred. So I paid twice for it, had to fight for a refund which ended up being only a partial one.
Service Dapartement - backlash365
My engine light came on in vehicle, so I decided to take it to Junge to get diagnosed. They stated they could not get to it that day, but if I could drop it off they would get to it. 3 days later, I receive a call from the Service Department with the issue, along with requesting my permission to continue the work. I declined their services and requested, to leave my vehicle as is. 3 weeks later, I get a phone call from the Service Department, stating I have a $133 bill that's over due and needs to be paid today. I informed the gal, that I was totally unaware of any charges as that wasn't brought to my attention when I dropped off the vehicle. I clearly stated, if I would have been aware of the diagnostic fees, I would have waived their services and would have went to Auto Zone for a FREE diagnostic test. She started to get a little irate and push real hard to get the $133 collected. I simply stated, I wasn't paying, because the diagnostic fee was never discussed before hand. She continued to yell and scream at me, until she eventually hung up. Now that's good ole' customer service. I very rarely deal with dealerships service departments, if this is a common charge, I'm fine with it, but shouldn't they disclose the fee before they do the work? Bottom line is, Junge Service Department didn't inform me of any fees, before they did the test and now their scrambling to collect.
