I would like to thank Scott for the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I looked at multiple dealership's in Wisconsin and Iowa to buy a new Subaru and Scott's price blew the competition away. I actually made a special trip to meet Scott and see the CS dealership and am I glad I did. Scott was quick to answer all of my questions either by phone or text message. He was knowledgeable and brought things to my attention that I never knew before. Thanks again for the best experience ever. 5 minutes after driving out from their lot the" check engine" light turns on. After their asessment, had the wrong part replaced (rubber pipe), which I discovered a few months later when the problem recurred. So I paid twice for it, had to fight for a refund which ended up being only a partial one.

Had a great experience with the Service Dept. at Smart Kia. They had to replace the engine in a 2013 KIA Optima thru an extended warranty. Joshua Henry, Service Advisor, had KIA approve the repair and ordered a new engine. He kept us informed when he received the parts and when it was ready for pickup. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them. They made it easy for us! Thank you!
