Great Service & Sales! - abby516
I started out working with the service department because I was having some issues with my 2012 Edge. The service department and technicians were great! They diagnosed the issue right away and worked with me on getting the problems fixed They were very accommodating and did a great job at keeping me informed- everyone in the service department was also very friendly and they were great to work with. After having the work done I decided now was the best time to trade my vehicle so the service department referred me to Tom, one of the Sales Consultants. Tom was awesome! He is very quick to respond and listened to what I wanted. I had to go into the dealership on a day he was out of the office and the Sales Manager and other consultants took care of me and knew exactly what was going on. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. They are very friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and can get the job done!!

I was very excited to buy a brand new 2019 Subaru Wrx at Ramsey Subaru, I fell in love with the car the minute I seen. Just put the first 1k on my 2018 Outback I bought from C & S in August 2018. I did all the negotiation over the internet as I live nearly 2hrs away from Waterloo. My wife had test drove at Ramsey in Des Moines, so she knew what she wanted. After a earnest money deposit I went with all the emails negotiating the purchase sort of expecting I wasn't going to get exactly what we agreed to. I couldn't have been more wrong. I could have gone to Des Moines, it would have been closer, but they were willing to go out on a limb to make sure I was getting not only what I wanted but also were willing to get me a few "extras" to make my drive worth the while. I can tell you it is worth the drive from Des Moines to Waterloo to let these folks give you a great deal on a new Subaru.
Not big on Mazdas - MazdaGal
If you're shopping for a Mazda, look elsewhere. I think they focus on Subaru and that's it. They'd only come down 200.00 on the price and left off the additional 500.00 factory rebate that the others were participating in. Only gave it the 2nd star because the sales person was a nice guy to work with.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The environment was comfortable, the sales men were not too pushy, or demanding. There was allot of openness, understanding and patience when they were dealing with me, allowing me to have the ability to take my time and make a decision on a vehicle that was right for me. The only, I guess slight flaw is all the paperwork, and the time you spend there(also, understanding all the paperwork). So ask allot of questions, because no question is a stupid question. Especially, when it comes to your livelihood and money. Again, great staff and friendly environment, and they are good with taking their time to make sure you, the customer is at ease, whether it is trading, buying, or selling.

We had a quick and easy transaction with Nathan at Carousel! They treated us fair and made it a pain-free process. ( I'm not a fan of car purchases... It always has seemed painful) They were very willing to help and make sure that we were taken care.

5 minutes after driving out from their lot the" check engine" light turns on. After their asessment, had the wrong part replaced (rubber pipe), which I discovered a few months later when the problem recurred. So I paid twice for it, had to fight for a refund which ended up being only a partial one.
